There are many things that need be fixed and there are many others that we had to do it ourselves; like the toilet kitchen lights, etc., we was without fridge for a month, the monthly rent went up so high

This is the worst place I have ever lived at the manager is disrespectful. Everything here breaks I’m so embarrassed to bring friends/family over . They do not fix anything . I have a infestation in one of the rooms and it’s completely gross . Please please do not rent this place out . I had called the guy for Maintenance maintenance emergency and he totally kept cutting me off raising his voice

DO NOT RENT HERE!! We moved in February and have had 4 managers since. Our dryer has not worked since then and they still haven’t fixed it. THE KITCHEN LIGHT SCREEN FELL ON US. Things break all the time. They never repair anything just say they will. They don’t care about you just want your money. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!

This place has become lawless so to speak with some of the worst people living here. They care nothing about you as long as the rent is paid. Just utter chaos here. I can't wait to move.

This complex has been handed down from one company to another, now that Anna is gone the children run wild all over the complex, the dogs get to use the bathroom everywhere and it does not get cleaned up, the rent is raised, the kids play around your cars throwing trash in the windows if you leave it open. The neighbors are loud and no one wants to be held accountable for their actions. Anna never let the kids be loud she didnt wait for it to be 10 she never used that excuse if you were loud she got on you. I felt safe with that kid of management. now people drive too fast and play loud music managers
