Best thing that i found during my pregnancy is Ma Yoga! I definitely recommend Melanie. She is explaining every detail, and super nice person. Since they have everyday class option for prenatal yoga, it’s great option to be able to attend whichever day you want to attend. Most of yoga studios has very limited or no prenatal class.

LOVE IT! The teachers are always super loving and caring even though there are on the other side of the screen. I met Asha earlier this week and she was teaching from Greece!!! The audio was perfect, no issues what so ever, even though she was outdoors! I loved her energy, her flow, she truly listened to me and another mommy and shared some wisdom on the yoga mat to attend to our needs on that day.
I particularly was having a headache and didn't think I could do it. Asha didn't push me at all, she just allowed me to be there and join as I felt like. Well, I ended up feeling great and headache

€™m often the only male in Jessica’s Ma Yoga for Anyone classes and I love them. Jessica’s Saturday class has gone a long way in helping me relieve my low back pain and understand how the parts of my body fit together. I really appreciate her focus on alignment and breath along with her explanations of the mechanics of the body. She is the best!

I am 38 weeks pregnant and I have been taking prenatal yoga with Lindy Ker. She is an amazing teacher. She teaches a well balanced intuitive, empowering and centering class. I feel strong, confident and alert after her classes. I highly recommend Ma Yoga Living and to take class with Lindy Ker.

This review is late coming but I’d give 10 stars if I could! Ma Yoga was a lifesaver to me during the last trimester of my pregnancy last year. I had pretty intense lower back pain and used the 'Happy Back Practice' routine to help relieve the pain and regain mobility. Jess was SUPER helpful and exchanged a number of emails with me to help me make the most of the practice. She followed up and provided additional recommendations on how to get some relief. I ended up using the short practice almost daily and still go back to it now, more than a year after delivery, whenever my back flares up. I

I love this place! And my couch Rachelle. She is super acknowledged about pregnancy, giving a birth and postpartum. Our classes include a lot of discussion while exercising which I personally find super helpful and interesting. As a future mom you wanna know everything! Plus I like how intense enough our classes are. It keeps you and your baby healthy and fit! Highly recommend !

This class is so much more than just a pre natal yoga class - it's a community!! I relocated to LA and once I found out I was pregnant this class was just what I needed. The class is taught by a very experienced open minded doula (Rachelle) and she makes you feel so welcome and open. The class usually starts by everyone introducing themselves and sharing as much (or as little) of their experience as they like. During our yoga practice Rachelle will always provide insight and informational knowledge from her personal experiences (that is the part I find most valuable).

I took my first class

Last night I took my first prenatal yoga class with Rachelle at Ma Yoga. My sister referred me to this class because Rachelle is so knowledgeable and welcoming and I am so thrilled she told me about this gem!

Rachelle beams warmth and passion for what she does. She's an incredible resource and she's very attentive to everyone's movement within the class. I'm very excited that I found Rachelle and this class so early in my pregnancy so that I can make it a part of the rest of my journey.

After looking at the Yelp reviews, thought of trying it!
I'm in my second trimester, still have nausea. I went to the Wednesday evening Beverly Hills class but going to the one free class I decided not to go to this place ever.

Rachelle kept on talking about delivery for an hour!!! Class is from 7-8:15pm instead of that it started at 7 & it lasted till 8:45!
I would like to workout- yoga in that time, instead of listening her talk about delivery for an hour then she started with yoga.
We all came from work in our second trimester tired & exhausted. Instructor was having some rough

Loved Rachelle's class so much! Not only did it make me more in tune with my body & calm me I also think it made my delivery easier. It was great having people at different stages of their pregnancy to get advice from or just to hear "oh yea i remember that" and it made me feel very supported. Rachelle is fantastic and genuinely cares so much about your pregnancy. She makes sure your form is right and that you know what motivates you. I made a few mommy friends too! highly highly recommend Ma Yoga!

I enjoyed the group classes I took with Rachelle. She was always attentive to us students and gently but firmly corrected our postures when needed, which I really appreciated. I was initially worried that the class might be like other yoga I'd been to with chanting, etc which I was personally trying to avoid, and I liked that the focus was really on alignment, breathing and stretching that helped with my third trimester pains. Rachelle is friendly, welcoming and, because she's also a doula, has a wealth of knowledge about birth that many women will find very helpful and encouraging.

I took the prenatal yoga class with Rachelle, and I highly recommend it. The yoga itself kept me fit and relaxed, and I really think it helped prepare me for childbirth. However, the number one reason I kept coming back was Rachelle, and the warm and supportive environment that she created. She is a deeply caring teacher who is completely invested in being there for every one of her students. There was a substitute teacher at one point, and it really highlighted for me how wonderful Rachelle is. She never pushes you to do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable, and she gives you techniques

I love Ma Yoga and found it an incredible community and outlet for me both during my pregnancy and postpartum.

I regularly went to Rachelle's Wednesday evening class and really appreciated the sense of community it gave me, and I always left feeling calm and relaxed, and I felt it really helped me prepare for birth and all that was to come.

Once my little one arrived, I started going to Linda's Thursday morning class. Again there was a great sense of community, and I looked forward to this time each week to get to talk to other moms going through the same things I was. And it was great

Linda is an amazing prenatal yoga teacher, but also a very warm and kind person. Her prenatal class is my favorite. I have less time as this is my third pregnancy, but I attended her class more often for my first and second pregnancies and it was such a big help. She gives the best advice!

Rachelle's prenatal yoga class on Monday/Wednesday evenings saved my sanity in my third trimester. I didn't start prenatal yoga until I was around 7 months pregnant, and had spent the majority of my pregnancy focused on work, family events, etc. By the time I met Rachelle I was in dire need of self care. The class allowed me to carve out time to focus on my own wellbeing as well as my baby's.

The class structure is 2 parts -- first part of the class we go around the room introducing ourselves and talking about our pregnancies in a super supportive environment, and in the second

During my pregnancy Rachelle was my savior! Not only was her class encouraging, but it was also very comforting. She assured me that all of my feelings were natural and ok. She pushed me to be my best and always praised my efforts. It was my first baby, and my first time doing yoga. I hated missing a class and looked forward to our Monday and Wednesday nights together. I used so many techniques during my labor and they actually helped! I could hear her calming voice in my ear during contractions. There aren't any words to express my gratitude for her class. Worth every penny! I miss her calling

I started coming to MaYoga during my third trimester. There was a substitute instructor my first day and although she was very sweet, I highly recommend Linda's classes. Her teaching style, charisma, humor, and vibe have made my Thursdays into "Yoga Thursdays". Linda makes everyone feel like family and her conversations are always inclusive which is a major plus in my book. Oh and she adores every baby she comes into contact with. There is no favoritism. I took a class with Rachelle and although she knew her stuff, she was not very patient and lacked charisma. I love listening to

I had a wonderful experience with Rachelle during my pregnancy. She is extremely knowledgable about prenatal yoga and goes above and beyond to make sure you get the answers you are looking for during this precious time. She is also very hands on, corrects your poses if she sees you're out of alignment which I really appreciated. I would talk to her about all types of prenatal care and she would give great advice or resources. I would highly recommend her class!
