Decent place to live but landlord is very unresponsive. I call and leave messages he never answers nor returns calls. When he do decided to do his job he responds with a text. You have to wait weeks for a maintenance request to be fulfilled. I would not recommend this place to a single mother or anyone who does not know how to fix heating, toilets, and refrigerators. You're on your own once you rent from this guy.
