Blocked toilets are usually caused by something blocking the system, and will need to be unclogged. Flush the system once, and use a plunger to gradually pump the blockage through the system. Avoid flushing the toilet too much while it is blocked, as this will cause an overflow.
To diagnose the issue of a non-flushing toilet, remove the cover on the back of the toilet to view the flushing system and make sure the flapper element is attached and working.Rule out equipment failure by trying to power the equipment from another outlet. If you suspect that the outlet is the problem, reset the breaker to see if this resolves the issue.

First time home owner, & my experience was the best, I know I had major issues overall on my end! But when you have a team that’s really works for you to seal the deal! This is the place! Buying a home is very hectic and can get very frustrating when things pop up, however this process was smoother than I anticipated. If you want a company that will work for their client that will cover all bases and more importantly educate you on major moves like purchasing a home. Horrible experience!!
The “emergency” protocol is the same as regular maintenance request.
I had family in town for the weekend. Our electricity went completely out in half of the house. No heat, couldn’t cook food. And this is in the middle of December. I was told to leave a voicemail and someone will contact you in 24hrs. Imagine having family, infants and toddlers with no heat in December.They also have a text message option which no one answers on the weekend.
I hope you don’t have an emergency or power outage over the weekend because you won’t hear from them until Monday morning

DO NOT USE BLUE BOX. As a multi-unit property owner I put a 4-plex under contract with BlueBox. They did not make a rent payment to me for the first 3 months until I had to demand it (the tentants paid on time). Then 2 more months went by and they did it again. Upon searching more they operate EW Real Estate Brokerage and Services and it appears they are using funds paid for other purposes. As of this message they still owe my company $2k+.

Trying to collect money from Joel or Blue box is next to impossible, they owed me over 5k of money that they collected in rent for me, after months of back and forth they finally paid some of it. Still out a large amount of money 5 months later. Im surprised there still in business. Will be hiring a lawyer and contacting the Georgia Real estate board. Hopefully every one else that has been scammed by this company does the same and they all lose there licences so they cant take advantage of anyone else. Lots of honest property managers out there, find another one or risk your investments
