E & E Capital Management is managing multi-unit properties for us since early 2018, when they started with a 48 unit complex in Atlanta. Recently they took over a 157 apartment units in the area. In both cases we've asked Emma Grin to take over from well established property management companies. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I applied for an apartment with this company. Received one email back asking me about some things on my credit then NEVER heard back. I have written countless emails asking for updates on my application and called the office and left voice-mails and not one person has followed up. They are pathetic and unprofessional.

This is the worst service you could ever practically imagine. If i could give no stars I would. Management is horrifying money hungry irresponsible definitely lazy never responds to any issues. Wont even cut the grass. The trash is always full.The office is supposedly closed due to COVID but there is a trail of cars at the office everyday. They never fix anything. Not even multiple reported simple fixtures.The water is filthy and always gone. Health hazardous. Needs a serious evaluation from health department and quick.

This company was awesome they were very friendly and knowledgeable and the service was great and the response between them and myself was very quick. I recommend them to anyone I had no issues and Rhonda is such a sweetheart she made sure everything was ready from start to finish. I’m not sure why others had negative reviews but if you do your research and read the qualifications you shouldn’t have any issues. I will be doing business with them for a long time and God bless everyone who works here they really work hard.

I found E&E while looking to move to a new home. At first I was a little skeptical but I figured out I just needed a little patience. They placed me and my family in a great home that we love. This is only our second month but I have no complaints. They always respond when I need them and don’t make me feel like all they want is my money. I’m looking forward to these 2 years with E&E!
