These apartments called Maple Leaf or Lexicon Apartments are horrible! They are filled with bedbugs. I have moved from one building to the next trying to get free of these bugs but after speaking to neighbors and my own experience I know there is No Escape! They are in the 759 Burr Oak Ln, 745 Red Oak lane and the 747 Red Oak LN buildings. The bedbugs have infested these buildings! Management will do nothing you are left on your own to fight or be Eaten Alive! Save yourselves and move somewhere safer

I wish I knew how or if it were even possible to have a building shut down. As a homeowner in the village Maple Leaf apartments is a true eye sore to the already struggling community. I cannot speak on everyone who resides there, as all are not the same, but 1 bad apple has definitely ruined the batch.
These buildings look like the projects and the ppl who keep up the mess in this village reside there. Whoever the owner(s) are of this building, shame on you! I cannot wait to sell my house and move to a better town.

This place is absolutely horrible, the AC barely works, it’s always hot in my apartment, the landlord is very rude and she lies. My apartment always smells of weed or cigarette smoke and no on on my unit smokes at all. The water is undrinkable and we still have to pay a fixed rate for water. I have been complaining about the AC for MONTHS and it’s still hot. The temperature in my apartment is Currently 82 degrees. And it’s 90 degrees outside.

If I can rate this place negative stars I would, first all the property manager is so unprofessional, people play music all through the nights and morning and she doesn’t do anything.Been here for 6 months the HEAT nor the AIR works, the maintenance man too busy buying weed instead of fixing the problems here. I’ve had TWO men I didn’t know walk into my home while I was sleep. The cleaning lady’s never clean the hallways ever, and on top of that they make you $70 water fee but we can’t even use the water because it’s not safe.

I love my 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment. It's very spacious, gets plenty of natural light, and also has a laundry room with hook ups. I stay in the garden apartments. It's always quiet. All my neighbors are nice and get along well. When it's warm the children all play together in the courtyard. It's a quick walk to Family Dollar to get some pick me ups when you don't want to go all the way to Walmart. The office staff are very sweet and welcoming. I haven't seen a roach or mouse at all so maybe it's just other buildings that have nasty neighbors. While it took a few days for my maintenance order

I have been here 6months and I love my apartment it’s quite and the renters are every nice also when you need assistance with anything needed fix they come right away another thing is they always help with being late on your rent I’m definitely renewing my lease when it’s time thank you ladies in the office
