Management has awful attitudes. They never follow threw with whatever it is that they say they will. They're inspections every other day.
None of the facilities work that they advertise on line. Light the laundry room or gym. The women who move in have roughly 30 kids running around damaging property. They knock and run, draw on your door. They're loud etc... Dont come here!

I lived at Hickory Creek for a few years. I was originally in a 1 bedroom which was awesome. After 2 years I moved into a 2 bedroom in a different building. The process was great. I’ve never had any problems with management or anything like that. I had to break my lease early and Felisa was amazing I would recommend these apartments to anyone living in the south suburbs. The rent is also extremely reasonable.

I have lived here over a year, my first place on my own, one good thing is when you need something fixed they be on, but paying this water/sewage every month is a headache also the parking lot is worse than chicago streets I messed up my car from one just watch for that and you'll be fine really no complaints other than those two, I plan on staying alittle while longer then getting me a house

Me and my fiancé were interested in being tenants. He got the application and we filled it out. Tooknit back and were told we were giving wrong information and this is what we needed. Ok cool, no problem did that. Was told more information was needed, now I’m irritated!!
Returned info and had to fill out more paperwork and bring more paperwork plus $250 holding fee to take place off market until we got approved. Gave them that information plus fee was told we would hear something in 48 hours. So after the time passed he called only to find out our stuff has never been sent to “corporate”
