Our amazing wood-fired brick-oven is our ONLY means of cooking. Everything below is prepared in a manner dating back thousands of years while using the freshest ingredients available. We hope you enjoy! Blended Greens, Croutons, Sriracha Sunflower Seeds, Dried Cranberries, Carrots, Roma Tomato and your choice of dressing.
This muddy looking beer, designed to replicate. Our newest beer, a long awaited IPA, is ready. It's a beautiful Imperial Pale Ale with a citrusy finish and a 92 IBU rating. Very refreshing and delicious. But watch out, it has a 5.8 ABV so you'll get a buzz pretty quick at 9,318 feet in elevation. Come on down for our new Amalgamation.

This is a quaintly historic spot we stopped at while visiting Silverton (also a quaintly historic town).
For my GF friends they are prepared with both GF pizza crust and a GF cauli crust.
It's a cold snowy day, so of course I am enjoying a hot mug of wassail, yum! It comes in a mug I might use at my grandma's house, so it's homey and comfortable.

I've worked in kitchens professionally for 13 yrs....pizza is pretty good with a nice crispy crust but the breadsticks were underwhelming as were the sauces (don't expect more than a 2oz serving cup for your table). The world's 2nd saddest french dip with like 3 slices of beef and possibly cheese on a corner of it... Some nice beer selections. My biggest issue is that we had been one of two tables and there were probably 6 workers at the bar and they were more interested in one another than their tables. Aside from that, decent meal (if you order right) maybe slightly overpriced

First off, our server was great. Attentive and quick. That said, the beer was below average and not cold. Not warm, but definitely not cold. We ordered panninis..they were well below average. Barely pressed, too much bread, not enough filling. It blew. Pizza looked better, but probably not worth a try.

I can't say anything about the food other Stan it smelled good. Why? because I was turned me away at the door at 8:57, even though the front door was wide open and the sign still said OPEN. A young man dispassionately said they were closed and even though I showed him the local time on my phone. He simply turned the sign around in the door to "closed" and walked away.

We were so happy this restaurant was open even though the power was out in the town. We were seated quickly for a large group and our food also came out quickly even though it was packed! The pizza was amazing! I wouldn't order the salad again as it wasn't anything special. The crust was perfectly chewy without any burnt spots. The red sauce was better than the white sauce. Snow cat was my favorite with the pineapple. I would definitely come back here and recommend it for being in Silverton.

Decent pizza and a cool spot - just don't make any changes to pizza toppings because both pizzas came out missing toppings that we ordered. Some of the specialty pizzas seem priced a bit steep compared to the $11 pep which I would suggest over them. Maybe it felt that way because we were missing what we ordered and then got overcharged. Don't expect amazing pizza but it gets the job done.

I am shocked that none of these reviews have mentioned the Kathouse Kolsch. This is by far my favorite beer brewed here, with the obligatory blackberries sunken to the bottom. In fact, this "Kolsch"-like beer (don't want to be sued by Cologne) is my favorite American interpretation of the style. It is light, carbonated, refreshing, and fruity all at the same time. If you ever visit this microbrewery, be sure to get the Kathouse, you will love it.

From our entrance to end of our dine-in, we were mesmerized with the walls and decor along with the food taste. This was the best pizza I ever had in states.
Only issue for not giving 5/5 is the service. Server was rude. She didn't even asked us for water. We literally didn't get water till end. However, se saw her asking water and being very sweet on our next table customers. She came with pizza , came to take put pizza tray but never even said excuse me. Although our interaction with other server was nice
