Not at all impressed with the service here. I'm not sure, but I feel like I might have been decriminalized against as I could not get a seat for ONE, even at the bar, until late in the 8 o' clock hour two nights in a row (Monday and Tuesday; not exactly know to be busy restaurant nights) despite arriving before 5:30p (early dinner to avoid the rush). I ordered to-go the first time and when I went to pick it up there was a ton of open seating. The place was nearly empty the second night. The to-go food was good, but over priced.

We were fortunate to have Thanksgiving dinner at the Bon Ton yesterday and I felt compelled to write a review. The service, which is always outstanding, was perfect and the meal was incredible. Mind you I have made Thanksgiving dinners all of my life and when I found out our family could not make it this year we were fortunate enough to enjoy a truly home cooked experience. Thank you to everyone who made Thanksgiving Day truly special!!

We really enjoyed our dinner at Bon Ton, but it didn’t knock my socks off to get a 5/5.
The escargot and crawfish tails were a small starter, but the sauce was incredible.
For the main course my wife and I split the Tuscan Chicken (pictured). Same as the app, the sauce stood out the most while the chicken itself was somewhat average.
Apart from food, we loved the martinis, atmosphere downstairs and the service was great. Also not overly expensive for fine dining in a place like Ouray.

The service was very good, our waiter Chris was patient and came often to check on us, refilling our drinks and making sure we had everything we needed. There was another guy who came around and kept our water… filled and helped get our empty plates up as our Entrees were served. Everything from our Salad to our main course was absolutely delicious! I had the Lobster Ravioli and was a little nervous because I was hoping it wasn't something that had set under a heat lamp all day. It was fresh and one of the most delicious meals I've had in years. It's a little pricey, but definitely worth

We had a wonderful dinner! Bravo to you all working so hard, my husband had the Beef Wellington, tastes as good as it looks. I had the Chicken Marsala. We booked our reservation a couple weeks in advance because we visited Ouray this past October & had such a great dinner, it was on our to do places to eat again! Tyler was our waiter, he is more quiet but was insanely busy with at least 5 other tables. It’s tough being in business right now, and we appreciated it! Highly recommend!

This place is great, the people that leave bad reviews may need to go to Aspen or somewhere with more uptight service.
Very cozy, classic Italian restaurant that provides consistent and delicious food. The servers are friendly and real humans.
No need to dress fancy if you don’t want to, just bring your manners!
The prices reflect the value and compared to other areas, it is a great value!!

We were attracted to this place because of the menu. Luckily we got there right as they opened at 5pm because when we got through the line to the hostess she asked if we had reservations and we told her no. She looked annoyed but seated us at the bar, which she said was the only option available for the night. The hostess was not very good at her job, I saw her being short with pretty much everyone, not a good intro to the place. There is outdoor seating but the restaurant is in a basement and had a little of a speakeasy feel. We ordered our food, roast duckling and lobster ravioli. The roast duckling

Came highly recommended and left highly disappointed. Greeted by a less than enthusiastic hostess , seat promptly (we had 5:15 reservation) Lisa our server was friendly and professional. Soup of the day was New… England clam chowder, the got the base right but potatoes and celery were literally crunchy. My wife had one spoonful and declined, no offer to remove from bill. The classic Caesar dressing on the same name salad was non existent. Tasted like romaine, drenched in lemon, with parm cheese atop. Kittys Canneloni was actually good, although they forgot the marinara, we had to askfor

My partner and I were in town for the holidays, on our final night in Ouray we stumbled into Bon Ton forgetting that it was NYE! The hostess regretfully informed us they were full and not taking walk ins, so we left the building out into the cold. Maybe 30-60s later the hostess chased us down outside and said they just had a cancellation and to come on in! Yay!! The special decorations inside the dining area were delightful.
The food was superb! I loved loved loved the lobster tail with the crab bake on top. The smoked salmon appetizer was presented as a rose which was a really cute touch. Tiramasu

Bon Ton Italian restaurant Ouray, CO. I had the eggplant parmesian, and the wife picked chicken parmesian both excellent, the sauce tasted like italian, the eggplant was chrisp, and the italian bread was warm and chewy just like i like it. The butter for the bread had italian herbs in it, excellent it was all fabulous. Would highly recommend, oh and you can make reservations.
