Meet Siam's service team. These are the people that continue to source exceptional products with integrity, flavor and pureness to exceed your nightly expectations. Our chefs, who call Telluride and Thailand home, are the soul behind each dish served. Annually, they return to their homeland where they are classically trained in the art of Thai cooking.
Our menu - a labor of love - is comprised of dishes made fresh and from scratch with not only Thai influences, but also exotic tastes and textures from France, Malaysia, India, China, North America, Greece, Italy and Japan. When you arrive you can text 970-708-0757 with your order name, color and make of your car and we will bring it out.

I made a reservation for 6:00 about 5 weeks before my trip. I checked the website the day of to check out the menu and found out there went back to only curbside (which I don’t have a issue with) We went at 5:00 to order dinner to found out it would be ready around 10:00 pm because they were 4 hours behind at 5:00pm. Extremely disappointed of this place and will not recommend to anyone. It is frustrating when you have planned the family’s dinner during a high season just to find out you have to regroup and figure out a place where to eat before the kids’ bedtime. Disappointment is an understatement

Loved our dinner here. Thai food is always reliable, and this place did not disappoint. Great flavors, quality ingredients, and nice spice level. Medium was pretty hot for us. They are essentially takeout only but they do have tables outside that you can sit on and order online from and then get the food and drinks delivered to your table. Worked well for us.

We accidentally booked the OTHER Siam in mountain village, but this was our preferred spot. It was so hard to choose what to order! There were three of us though and everyone was happy. Two of us got pad Thai which was delicious, and my niece got a vegan dish. She loved it as well! We were able to grab a seat outside since they don't have any waiter staff right now. It was fine, and glad I finally got to try this one!

We are a couple foodie vagabonds on this here continent. This pad thai by far one of the best we've come across. We also tried the Penang Curry, chicken fried rice, and that combination lead for an excellence fulfilling dinner. Currently post covid offered pick up only but have a couple of outdoor seats for first come. We will certainly visit again.

Siam was a big disappointment... but so was eating in Telluride all together since so many places weren't open, carry out only, or crazy long waits. I'm blaming covid for this issues though!
Siam just didn't have the best of food. I ordered the pad see ew and the chicken was SO dry. The noodles and veggies were pretty good though. They did have a very healthy portion so I did have leftovers. Unfortunately, it did not warm up well... the noodles were a stuck together mess and very gummy.

3.8 stars. Good Thai place with plenty of options. Prices are a tiny bit more expensive than the east coast but comparable. Easy to order online. They don't take phone orders. There is a table or two outside the restaurant in a covered area. The pad Thai was done well with plenty of chicken. Light sauce on the noodles that wasn't too overpowering.
Overall, a solid spot to get Thai food when you're craving it.

There's not much in Telluride for "Asian Cuisine". After two days of carving on the slopes, my mates and I didn't feel like walking six blocks for dinner. Besides, we wanted to do take out and watch the UFC fight back at our lodge.
We found Siam on yelp with decent reviews and decided to give them a try. Few of my friends placed a take-out order through their online portal; very easy to navigate, order, and check out. I on the other hand wanted to get the whole experience. As I walked in, I was greeted nicely by a gentleman behind acrylic glass. Expect 30 to 50 minute wait

We got 5 different dishes and they were all delicious. We got curries, stir fry, etc. and they had a great level of flavor and spice.
They are currently doing takeout only due to COVID and have long wait times. We placed an order around 5 and had an hour and a half wait time, but if you plan for this it is a great option for takeout in Telluride!

Great Thai food, super cozy meal after day of the slopes. FYI, you should have a reservation (through Yelp). Previously it was walk in reservations only, but this has changed!!!! You can also call or stop in the day of to check - the restaurant opens at 5 but the phone line opens at 4. We were a large group and got lucky with the walk in during one of the busiest weeks by seating outside (there are heaters... we came on a 2 degree day, wouldn't recommend but I'm sure it's nice when it's warmer!). So just know you can always sit outside on the closed porch or get first come first

Friend and I dined at this restaurant during our visit to Telluride. The food and drinks was great. We got their Khao Pad Fried rice, Thai garden stir fry, and my Thai for drinks. Thai garden stir fry comes with a side of rice and choice of protein. They have mild, medium, hot, and Thai hot as their spice levels. Thai hot is the spiciest.
The price range was higher than the other Thai places I’ve been to, but worth the taste. One thing that this place can work on is to improve the seating arrangement, we were seated so close to other parties that it felt little uncomfortable.

Delicious Thai food!!! Definitely worth the wait. Our wait was 23 hours! Lol! They don't take reservations, but you can call ahead to get a table. 🤔 We stopped by our first night in town, and they were packed. Able to get in for early dinner the following night. We had yellow curry and hand rolls. Yum!!
