My classes are live-streamed and highly interactive. Using thousands of hours of training and nearly two decades of experience, I respond to you and your individual needs as you progress through your prenatal, postpartum, and pelvic floor journey. Reduce discomforts in pregnancy and after your baby is born. Restore pelvic floor health in the childbearing year and far beyond. Find a practice of self-inquiry in a safe, supportive community. Let me give you the attention you deserve during this transformative life stage.
Services
Yoga has a myriad of benefits in the childbearing year: relief from common discomforts, stress relief, emotional support, preparation for birth and postpartum, community, and more. Class begins with a check-in to address your discomforts, answer your questions, and build connection with others in the same stage of life.
Yoga teaches us to listen to our bodies, but most of us can't "hear" the pelvic floor until it is screaming at us. It's culturally accepted that incontinence when sneezing or coughing is just a normal part of pregnancy and our post-childbirth bodies, or brought on by simply aging. If your pelvic floor isn't what it used to be or you're living with pelvic discomforts like prolapse or pain during sex or exercise, it's next to impossible to ignore.
Unlimited personalized live-stream classes (3 Pre/postnatal options per week means classes as low as $13 each!) Most of all, you get a personalized practice in a supportive community of expectant and new parents! Sequences are always based on what students share during our check-in, never planned in advance.
The community built among students in group prenatal classes is essential as mothers journey towards birth and all that lies beyond. Private classes offer additional attention to maximize the benefits of group classes. And for mothers that cannot get to a group class due to schedule constraints or prescribed bed-rest for instance, private yoga classes allow them a tailored practice that will meet their unique needs.
This live, interactive, online introduction to Prenatal Yoga will give yoga teachers, birth professionals, and those interested in this powerful practice an overview of the basics. For yoga teachers not trained in prenatal yoga, this workshop will give you the confidence to modify postures for your expectant mothers in your class, and will give you the information you need to embark on a successful path to teaching Prenatal Yoga.

I highly recommend Jeanna's yoga classes! Each class includes time for a check-in, where she helps build community and answers questions from her wealth of evidence-based pregnancy knowledge and well-stocked library of resources, not to mention her extensive professional experience working with pregnant and postpartum folx. She then leads a wonderful yoga movement class, with a welcoming, inclusive and FUN atmosphere. Her classes have been a highlight of my pregnancy so far, and I thank her class for my relative lack of aches and pains. I also recommend her membership site, where you can access
