My office loved Jen so much we had to double our classes to twice a week! She is humble, thorough, and quite patient about our group's antics. After only 4 months we had progressed to handstands (by request). Definitely a fun bonding experience for a small office! You can't go wrong with Jen. I've gotten a lot stronger in my practice since taking yoga classes at work.

Jen's yoga classes leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I wanted to start doing yoga to help my stretching and flexibility and improve recovery from weight lifting sessions. Despite having no experience and struggling with certain poses Jen made me feel welcome and comfortable and happily helped with any poses I was struggling with. Training with Jen helped with several aspects of my weight training, specifically I've noticed better squat mobility and reduced shoulder pain from bench pressing. I'd recommend Yoga with Jen to anyone who is looking for a great supplement to their

I worked with Jen for about 6 months of my yoga practice. Jen strikes a great balance between the health and fitness side of yoga, and the spiritual/mental aspect.
Jen helped me a lot to work on my asanas, by being really detailed about the technicality of the position. While this was tough at first, it really paid off later as I was able to hold poses with greater ease and precision, which helped me relax and be mindful in the practice.
I am moving overseas so won't continue my practice with Jen, and I'll miss her classes immensely.
I can recommend her with the highest regard.

I took Jen's classes for about a year at Google. She's a great teacher--she focuses quite a bit on proper alignment and form for new yogis, and also provides pose modifications for all levels. Every session she chooses something to focus on, like hip opening, wrist-strengthening, or working towards specific poses like side crow. I highly recommend her!

I've been taking Jen's yoga classes at work for a couple of months now, as my first attempt at yoga. I was hesitant and sceptical in the beginning, but I keep being amazed at how fun and challenging yoga can be. Jen is a wonderful instructor, she keeps things fun and good challenge for everyone. Thank you, Jen!

Jen was my yoga instructor at Google for over a year. She is fantastic. I was a relative beginner to yoga, though I had experience with other studio classes like barre. Jen emphasizes technique while providing a strength-filled workout and a moment of calm at the end of a busy work day :). I highly recommend her.

Yoga Class:
Jen is awesome! I've been going to her classes at work at Atlassian once or twice a week for the past few months, and I've never enjoyed a yoga class at work the way that I do with Jen.
She's so knowledgeable, friendly and open. She makes it incredibly easy to push yourself and I've gotten a lot stronger in my practice since coming to her. Jen is incredibly informative and great at correcting postures, my form has improved a lot since coming to her - she explains the feeling of the postures and comes and actively corrects, it's been amazing! A really great instructor! She knows how to give lots of modifications to make the poses easier or harder for a wide range of skill level to make the class enjoyable for all. Very good at explaining the poses and a relaxing way to break up the day. We definitely all enjoyed having her as an instructor!

Yoga Class:
Great yoga instructor and able to work with a very diverse population. Is able to adapt and modify classes/movements for each individual. Wonderful energy that was able to create an amazing community. Jen taught classes in "themes" or "phases" where there was a common goal that people would aspire to accomplish. For example, all the core work and shoulder stability that people would practice every week would someday help people to do a handstand.
Colleague:

Jen took me from 0 to handstand in 6 months!
I started with Jen with no knowledge of yoga or any poses. Thanks to her patience, clear explanations, and individual attention I was able to learn the basics quickly. Jen is also great at understanding the skill level of her class, especially once you go a few times. So the overall workout and specific poses are targeted to the skill of the group with adjustments available based on the skill of the individual. That combination, as well as the overall progression of Jen's classes, allowed me to learn much more quickly than I expected.

Other notes from our employees:
- calming voice
- remembers our names
- remembers our individual problems and follows up on them
- gives lots of options for varying levels
- very ~flexible~ depending on how everyone is feeling (too full/injured/sore/weak)

Jen is an amazing yoga instructor. She comes into our office once a week and I look forward to yoga days time and again. This is my first time taking an actual yoga class and Jen is very patient and always makes sure that we are doing proper moves and adjusts us as necessary. She encourages us to build up strength ( I had no upper body strength when I started out and now I absolutely do) . She also takes the time out to ask the class what they would like to focus more on and that is very important. She is very accommodating and takes the time to make sure we are excelling and learning the proper

I have been loving Jen's vinyasa class on Friday mornings at Moving Arts Studio in Excelsior! Jen is always checking in before class to see how everyone's bodies are feeling and if there are any special requests or injuries. During class her instruction and adjustments are right on - encouraging me to push myself a little harder while making sure I still have good form.
Another aspect of Jen's teaching I really enjoy is her clear understanding of anatomy and how our Western definitions of our bodies translate to yoga. This makes her a very effective instructor.

Jen is an amazing yoga instructor! I have been taking her classes weekly for several months now. Her classes are always varied so there's no chance of getting bored with the same flow as I've found with some instructors. She is also great at hands on assistance when needed and often her verbal cues allow me to make my own adjustments in the poses. Jen is clear and easy to follow in class whether you are just starting your practice or an experienced yogi. She packs in a full body flow in every class that will make you feel great! Jen is a wonderful yoga instructor! She came to teach a group class for us at our retreat.
We managed to find a statum style area within the park close by and got settled in for the class.
She put us through our paces with gentle but firm guidance. She gives clear guidance and demonstrates the initial movements for us and always made sure to offer modifications for any injuries or physical limitations people had. She watched each person and would help correct our poses and movements as we went.
She is patient and humorous, making us relaxed and eager to learn. Would love to take her classes

I'm extremely inflexible and have always had neck and back problems due to my computer job. I have tried many different yoga classes and came across Jen's and my search is finally over. Jen is patient with my less-than-perfect poses, and is very encouraging and helpful. Jen also does a great job holding her laugh in as she corrects my poses while I grunt to maintain stretches. Definitely going to try to make her classes at least every other week.

Jen is a great yoga instructor! I've tried different yoga classes before at Equinox & Yoga to the People and never really got into it, but I will definitely take class with Jen again!
Jen taught a group class for our retreat, and she was very encouraging and helpful for the yoga newbies in our group. She talked through all of the poses & movements and helped demonstrate for us. We had a few injuries/physical limitations and Jen was great at providing alternatives, too. I took my first Yogini Jen vinyasa yoga class today, and it was amazing! She went at a steady pace, and gave enough verbal guidance to follow along. Her demonstrations really helped to see the precise movements and positions, so I felt sure that I wouldn't injure myself. I noticed she also provided alternate movements for the older people in the class and adjusted people individually, which I thought showed her attentiveness to each person's needs.
Jen constantly smiled and spoke with a calm voice, which put me at ease. Even at times when I was struggling, she gave verbal support to

I'm not a fan of Yoga. Yes I buy Yoga tops and pants but I just wear them and not for yoga. I tried Yoga through out college years (7AM class, what was I thinking back then?) and fitness center group class (imagine 50 people in the class... couldn't even breathe or move). I gave up on Yoga and I continue buying Yoga clothing so I feel like I'm part of the Yogies.
Until Jen's private beach yoga class showed up on my feed, and my best friend was so eager to go and she threw a puppy eyes... and I guess I had to go with her.

Jen is a wonderful yoga instructor. She is definitely one of the reasons why I go to the yoga studio currently I am member. She is knowledgeable, gentle, conscious about people's injuries and sweet as a person. I usually like taking slow yoga and what I really like about Jen's slow class is slow yet powerful and effective to my body. I really recommend her yoga teaching to anybody.
