Services
Our company is a privately held, fully integrated real estate company, ranging from acquisition to property management. Our expertise includes maintenance, leasing, and sales of apartments, town homes, condominiums, retail, and office space in Central Ohio, Manhattan and its metropolitan area, including Jersey City.
Spring Property Management employs a 24-hour answering service for maintenance emergencies only. Whenever possible, we attend to maintenance requests during normal business hours. For after-hours Emergency Maintenance call 614-935-5337. Active Water Leak - This would pertain to a hot water tank leaking or a water supply line leaking.
7. Three complete and different emergency contacts for each applicant that will be verified. 9. Utilities in collections may require payment in full and proof of payment may be required. No evictions, or if there is, all outstanding balances must be paid in full and you must show proof of payment. Evictions, even if paid are subject to denial if filed within the past three years.
Rental applications are accepted by fax, by email, or in person at our rental offices. Rental applications for each of our communities can be found here and the cover sheet will outline everything you'll need to provide for fast processing! Spring Property Management offers a Preferred Employer program that provides discounts during the application process.

That is not true at all! I asked if that is what could have happened to my sticker and the office manager jumped on that opportunity to remove all responsibility. The sticker could have very easily been cheap and simply fallen off. I remember putting the sticker on my car immediately after the office gave it to me. The property has all of my vehicle information on file, and could have easily warned me that my sticker was not in place. Instead they tow their own resident and jump on the 1st scapegoat that presents itself to remove themselves of blame. Staff was unapologetic and refuse to listen

I don’t write reviews often, but I just wanna say the Vistas property is well managed. I had an issue with water leaking from the s apartment above me into my bathroom that, at first, wasn’t followed thru in a satisfactory way but one call to Ashley in the office and I came home from work today to a completely fixed situation (they even put a dehumidifier in the bathroom to help everything they repaired dry!). I am so grateful that they worked quickly to resolve the problem and really proves why I’ve lived here for going on 4 years.

I have lived here for 16 years. Year 5 or 6 Jeva (owner of Spring Management) bought Gordon Farms. She hasn’t done one thing. To update property. She’s aggressive and does t care. I have black mold - spent $10,000 on fixing it. Gordon farms doest care. Jeva and I have spoken, and I. Now speak.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
RE: Greensview Drive: We have asked repeatedly to have three different issues repaired and no luck. The most pressing issue is the ceiling in our downstairs apartment is drooping due to an upstairs leak. We reported this well over a year and there has been no action. Extremely disappointing.

My daughter rented a apartment at Heritage Glenn located in Grove City Ohio 43123. Apartment was nice. My daughter moved out prior to lease agreement due to purchasing a condominium.Company Rented the apartment a month later. She paid a early determination fee which should have been returned for two months. Spring properties sent a check back to her months later for 500 less than should have been. Due to cleaning which we did prior to leaving. So wrong to basically steal money from a single mother with two children.

Worst place we’ve ever rented—management is an absolute nightmare and they will charge you for EVERYTHING despite poor quality apartments. The lease is the thickest, most criminal thing we’ve ever signed and still they are slow to repair and slow to give you your deposit back. Trust me, rent from anyone else. We only picked here because they had a one month free special because they could not get people to rent from them. Now we know why.

The apartments at Gorden Farms were constructed cheaply and are maintained poorly. Spring Property Management's ownership and leadership hides in the shadows. No one exists to handle matters that need to be escalated to a higher authority than the rental agent.
The owner/manager hides behind the curtain like the Wizard of Oz.
The property is decaying with obvious water damage in all of the buildings. I am amazed that my building is still standing. I consistently have to cajole and beg for a response from the rental office. They maintain a culture of poor communication and slow response. It is

If I could give a 0 star I would. I’ve lived in this complex since 2017 and it started nice. People were nice, things were great. Then as I continued to be a resident and signed another lease, things got worse. Calling maintenance was a nightmare. My heat was constantly going out in the middle of winter and I was told by a maintenance worker that I “wouldn’t freeze” when he refused to come out and fix my unit. The property manager just seemed to brush this off when I met with him. 4 times it took them to come out and the issue is still not fixed. They came out and left a note stating they

Lived here for 4 years. On move in day apartment was dirty. They do not return phone calls. The office staff is rude. No communication or customer service skills. Do nothing about complaints when you have a problem and will tell you the have no record of any complaints even when the police have been out there. Stayed so long for the school district that was the only good thing. If you are on the bottom floor you hear everything the upstairs does. My apartment was flooded 3 times by neighbors. Save your money go somewhere else. I could go on and on..5 star reviews have to be fake. Not one of the
