We can spend a lot of your time selling you on how great we are. Or, we can tell you this: we've built our rental management systems and processes with you in mind. The attention to detail and commitment to service embraced by our entire team ensures you have a pleasant and profitable real estate investment experience.
Our property management packages are specifically designed to align our incentives with yours - maximizing returns, minimizing liability, and retaining happy, paying tenants month after month. You may have come across other Columbus property management companies that are little more than a loosely affiliated group of real estate agents who do property management work on the side.
Many of our rental listings are social distance showing friendly! You can enter this property at your own convenience without having the risk of viewing the property with other prospective tenants who are interested in the property. We also offer lease signings via e-signature. We process applications on a first-come, first-served basis.
A: We accept vouchers at select properties; please check the listing description of the specific property you are interested in. A: Security deposit, plus first full month's rent & prorated, plus lease-signing administrative fee equal to 10% of the rent. A: The resident is responsible for all utilities (electric, water and gas) unless otherwise specified.
If you are a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio, we pay up to $300 per client for referring a property owner or buyer who ends up becoming a customer of ours. Please inquire for details. We purchase property management contracts from real estate brokerages who no longer wish to manage property, are retiring, or just need some extra income.

RENT AT OWN RISK! I can not believe how poorly managed these homes are ran. I had corresponded with Tiffany while trying to relocate from out of state so had to do my best to pick through pictures. She was super responsive and on top of it so I felt that I was in good hands. When I arrived at the property the house was on the brink! Not only was there severe water damage throughout the exterior of the house, the house was a complete mess inside! When you read through the lease they state you are responsible for pretty much all maintenance of the house and to keep a clean nice home. For me to arrive

So I don't know if I just got them on several off days but my interaction with RL Property Management Group was horrid. I tried several times to check out a listing of theirs to each time being last minute canceled. I attempted multiple numbers listed for them to call, text, leave voicemails to check-in and confirm to no avail. Would only receive automated replies to book/confirm that prospective listing was on then the next day or a few hours before the viewing get a cancellation alert without any reason as to why or a potential reschedule. Which was even further frustrating since being not from

I have been renting property through RL Management for a little over month. Initially there were some hiccups due to my property being a "new product" for them. But in hindsight a lot of the items were out of their control to some extent. I will say through all my frustration, Amy the manager I think, stayed quite calm and diplomatic. She honestly did try all she could to resolve issues. I had a few minor maintenance requests and they were handled extremely well. Both tech were professional and really nice.

We’ve been renting a very nice property from RL for 5+ years. We love it! We’ve had no trouble getting service when needed but the condo is in great condition so it needs little maintenance. The RL staff are a pleasure to work with, from their office team to their maintenance team. We’ve always had quick responses from both, and they are professional and knowledgeable.
This is a great company filled with great people offering a great product. I recommend them highly. We love our unit! Thanks RL!

As a tenant that signed a lease with a private landlord, we were transitioned to RL after a year and a half of renting. I was disappointed to say the least... they have improperly charged me on several occasions and now are charging tenants for maintenance. this company is not only unresponsive but have no problem solving ability when it comes to unhappy tenants. I’ve had several maintenance issues that I chose to not even address and fix on my own because of how difficult these people are to work with.
