Three very confident and determined men worked in 118° temperature to load my Audi A eight onto the truck. The car had an air suspension problem which caused the front of the car to only be two or 3 inches above the ground which created a very interesting and difficult problem. The men engineered the project using blocks of wood to create the height exactly that would slide the car onto the truck without damaging the underside. I was very impressed at their skills. They were confident, courteous and they really knew their business.

the gentleman was friendly, but didn’t quite know how to load my vehicle onto the flatbed w/out hitting the bumper. Also was 15-20 min late & required my friend’s assistance pushing the car into a good position for loading :( AND he lost the cap for the ignition override. i’ve reached out to the company and i hope they replace it.

I had reached out to them the day before to request a tow service for 1130 the next day. We were able to get everything scheduled on that first call and then they gave a call when they were on the way at 11o’clock on the day of the service. The driver kept me abreast of his location and his ETA to my residence. Upon arrival (on time) he was able to quickly get the car loaded up and confirmed the location of drop off. Driver was very courteous and professional. Within 30 minutes the car had been delivered and parked and they sent me a picture as confirmation that it was in the right place and

Oscar did a great job towing my CanAm. He was very careful while loading in the flatbed, making sure it was secured down completely and took precautions to cover any chains that may have been close to the body to keep it from being scratched. Great company and terrific tow truck operator.
