Obviously this business has no regards for human life. This huge tow truck vehicle was traveling at an extremely high rate of speed and came right up to my bumper I swerved over to inside left turning lane to avoid being rear ended. I then told my son let's catch up and get license plates number, we sped up to get plates and could not catch up, finally decided it was not safe to catch up to the tow truck. So his speed had to of been 70-80 mph on a 40 mph posted speed sign. So then I notice him stopped at stop light on 7th ave and freeway. And got his license plate number. CL57554. THIS COMPANY

This place is garbage. Not only did DPS leave my windows down for rain and dust to cover the whole inside of my truck. These people here used a forklift to bring my truck to the front gate, while doing so they knocked my muffler off its bracket and bent the tail pipe. Then had the never to say it was like that before it came before I even asked about it. When I looked at it you could tell it was a fresh scape and see the forklift endentions on the muffler. To top it off when I checked my mail I received a notice from dmv that they filed an abandoned vehicle paperwork 10 days after DPS impounded

Terrible! I called because we had a vehicle towed there after an accident. The purpose of the call was to see if the vehicle was still there because I was asked by the 85 yr old owner, who is in the hospital, to go and retrieve the two walkers from the car. The man who answered confirmed the car was there and that I would need to bring the registration and my ID. My mother was borrowing my car for the day because her battery had drained and she could not get another one until the weekend, me working 2 jobs I allow my mom to use my car because I had an additional one, but when I went to retrieve my car from her tonight being 5/12/21 my car was gone, I called the towing number which a lady answered and stated that they indeed tow my car just about 45 mins prior to me coming to get it. One of the worst experiences with a business in my life. These people steal vehicles and charge you a ridiculous holding fee to get them back. We got a flat tire on our truck on the highway due to a nail. It was well off the side of the road and posed no threat to anyone. Came back to fix the flat a couple hours later (no spare because same thing happened not too long ago) and they had stolen it. We had to call around trying to find it then these people were extremely rude. Had to make an appointment at the DMV to go pay for a copy of the registration which just racked up their "holding fee

This towing company is extremely difficult to find, is a shipping container, not an actual building, and quite frankly; is terrifying to go to as a female. I accompanied my niece and I was afraid for both of us the entire time. The staff sucks, but what do you expect? They're hated all day every day. There is a sign that reads "Accept cards, cash, and check," but when my niece went to use her card, they told her cash only and EXACT change. What a racket! This company is awful. They practice predatory towing and lie and say their card machine isn't working and are taking advantage of the pandemic to keep your change. This place needs to be sued and shut down. I suggest you record all of your interactions with them, they are known for lying and doing anything they can to extort people out of as much as they possibly can. I cannot say enough negative things about this place.

Having my car towed was not ideal but i do have to say, CURTIS WAS AWESOME!!! Very friendly and very professional. Helped me figure everything out and I was able to get my car back even though it was after hours (yes I paid the after hours fee). He made the experience very pleasurable despite the circumstances.

I'll start off by saying that getting a car towed is never a pleasant experience & my review is unbiased on the occurrence...what gives this review the stars it deserves involves the process of getting the car back. First off the car was towed in Tempe at my apartment complex and I had to drive my girlfriend all the way to Phoenix to get it. FIRST SAVE EVERYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. PROVE YOU WERE THERE AND MAKE SURE YOU TALK TO PEOPLE AND GET THEIR INFO. If I could go negative stars I would. I got my car towed, and dealing with them has been awful. The lady was rude at the door. I paid my tow and the guy who took my money never put it in the system and I found out later months later about this. They couldn't prove anything and when I tried to get a hold of them they ignored and never called back. I called this company to request having a vehicle towed from my rental property while I was out of town. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, raising her voice with me throughout the entire conversation, and treated me like she was annoyed with me. This was such a terrible experience. My boyfriend and I were going to go out and enjoy a movie date. We come down from my apartment only to discover that he had been towed out of a spot that he paid for! We called the company immediately saying that their has been a mistake, and they refused to help us until after 10PM. Shortly after paying my parking meter (for 3 hours) i came back to see my truck had been towed.. Knowing i payed, i called to see why on earth they had my vehicle and they claimed i paid for the wrong stall..
After several phone calls and speaking with several dispatchers through Go Tow who had nothing but useless information for me i FINALLY set up to pick my truck up after 4 hours of pointless arguing.
They wanted 179 cash (+12 for keeping it past MIDNIGHT, it was now 1 in the morning) to

This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They abuse their power, and have towed my car TWO times in 5 days, from my own apartment complex that I am a resident at. They do not have any evidence that my car was not displaying the pass, which it was. They have taken advantage of their contract and illegally towed my car twice, they need to reimburse me. The front desk woman wears pjs and cannot keep a conversation, has no idea what she is doing. They don't provide any evidence as for why they tow and they have wrongfully towed my car twice.

I called them because they were the first company who showed up on my search for a tow company. Big mistake! Car was broken down on the off ramp off of hwy 51. it was 115 degrees and it took them 2 hrs to get to me. I also had to call 3 times to follow up. The driver was very professional but the office staff whom I dealt with did not even show any concern. They did not live up to what they say in their website of providing immediate timely response. I was also overcharged 5 dollars more than the flat fee I was quoted.
