My husband purchased new tires for my car a few months ago and the service was great. We came to Salt Lake City for the holidays and as I was driving, I hit a pot hole and popped a hole in my front passenger tire. I called several stores in SLC to find the tire and no one could find one for me. I then called BT Pearson to see if they could ship me a tire from their warehouse to my location in SLC. Instead of doing that, Taylor, made some phone calls and actually found me a tire in SLC instead of having me incur the expense of expedited shipping. Taylor went above and beyond!! Excellent customer

Back at the end of May, the crew at Pearson solved an issue for me that had been plaguing my 1999 Mazda Miata (and me, my family, and my neighbors) for no less than three years. The staff was friendly, and the less experienced crew readily referred to the senior staff for their questions or doubts. I'd swung by without an appointment and they checked her out on the spot to try to give a preliminary diagnosis. We made arrangements for the actual fix for a few days after that. They solved two related problems within budget and on time. All this after at least three other mechanics had failed
