Got us in from out of town on short notice. Actually listened to us when we explained the problem and didn't recommend a crazy amount of diagnostic time, very knowledgeable knew with pretty much 100% certainty what the problem was and they were right. (Air in the line after we had the thermostat replaced before our trip) It was in and out within a couple hours and we made it safely home!

Will not stand behind the products they sell. Brand new tire blew out and got the too bad so sad you need to buy another one . Wouldn't even pro rate the tire. Go to a ligit tire store. They claim tire was low and was driven on flat. But guess there is another way to get a blown tire off the road with out driving on it at 65. Like I said, a real tire shop will pro rated the tire.

I am writing this review on behalf of someone i recently sold a car too. Back in 2018 i used color country automotive to have an oil change done and also 2 new tires put on my car and the 2 front tires moved to the back. Now on friday 11 12 21 i got a message from the person who i sold the car too saying that all five lug nuts on the driver side rear tire were stripped causing significant damage to the tire, the brake pads and the rotor. I know it was color country automotive because the last 3 services that were done where tires were involved were done by color country. Nonetheless i along with

Been there twice now. First time for an oil change and check engine, great pricing on the service and checked my engine for free.
Today I had a tire pressure light go off and went to CCA. They checked the tire and the sensor and determined I just needed some air and didn't charge me a thing.
These guys will be my go to in the area!

I was visiting the area for 5 days and ran into trouble with my rental car. The low oil light was turning on and off intermittently, but the oil level seemed to fine. I called Color Country and the guy I spoke to was very helpful and spent the time with me to help diagnose all the potential causes. At the end of the call, we decided it was worth me bringing the car in, and they were able to determine that I was low on oil (I figured maybe I couldn't be trusted to read the levels correctly!), and they topped off my oil, all without charging me anything! If I was in the area again and had any issues

We were taking our vehicles to a closer place for a long time but they never seemed to really fix our problems, always guessing and replacing stuff that didn't need to be. What I love about Color Country is that we can take our vehicle there, talk about our concerns and they do a full look over and let us know if they find other things we should deal with while it's there. I absolutely appreciate this as it helps us avoid potentially serious problems later on. We never feel taken advantage of here and the work they do is really great. Customer for life!

This is not only convenient because they are two blocks away from my house but this is the most reputable auto repair shop in town. This is the go to place for 99% of my automotive maintenance. Dustin and Ross are always professional while Vickie seems to have such a pleasant disposition you can see her smile over the telephone.

These guys are the most honest and professional automotive repair technicians in the business. You can find cheaper prices, but you won't find more high-quality and thorough work anywhere. My car recently had an issue that took some detective work, but they were able to track it down in the most cost-efficient way possible with the aid of a wealth… of professional experience and state-of-the-art diagnostic tools. And in the meantime they let me borrow a loaner car so I could carry on with business as usual. My car now runs better than the day we bought it. I won't take my car anywhere else

Thanks guys for doing my oil change, great price, that's all I expected, but you called me to let me know that my tires needed to be rotated & balanced & that you'd do it at no extra charge, and checked all the… fluids. Most honest and professional auto shop in the entire area. Note, they are not the cheapest, but the best work never is. They stand behind all their work too. (You know they are good when the other "shops" bring the work they can't get right to Color Country. Want proof, go ask other reputable shops who they would recommend.)

Anyone who is looking for an honest and fair place for their automotive repairs, look no further than color country automotive. I've had both my vehicles serviced here numerous times. From new tires to alignments, oil changes, and what I thought would mean a new transmission that turned out to be a bad spark plug and faulty ignition wire, their… service has been impeccable and trustworthy. I use to dread taking my car somewhere for an issue because I always felt like I was gonna be taken for a ride. Not here. Joe and his team has definitely earned my trust. Highly recommend!!
