These guys were extremely helpful, diagnosed my vehicle had a broken motor mount, not a transmission going bad. Unfortunately I didn't make it back to WI with my day and have old new car, I totaled the car 130 miles from the Colorado border when I hit a 6 point mule deer.

St. George Transmission & Automotive has been serving southern Utah since 1992, outgrowing a few buildings in the process. Our original owner and founder, Dave Jeppson, opened St. George Transmission in 1994 under the name Dave's St. George Automotive. Dave had extensive experience as a rebuilder of automatic and manual transmissions as well as transfer case and differential repair.
I dealt mainly with Cody. He was courteous and professional. Always called me if there was new/different information which would change the original plan. I appreciate the good service and would recommend St George Transmission to others. Ryan and his crew took good care of us and resolved our spark plug issue on our 2008 Ford F150 truck in a timely manner.

These guys were amazing! We were in Saint George for the weekend and our Ford Focus was acting up, so we called them. They were booked out but they still had us bring our car in to have it road tested. They were super nice and very professional. They couldn’t do anything for us until they could get us in for a proper diagnosis but I was very impressed with their willingness to even take a look at our car and give their professional opinion and recommendations. Thank you! And if I ever come to Saint George again and ever have car problems while I’m here, I will go to these guys. Totally would

Transmission went out as we were passing through St. George. We were referred to St. George Transmission by another mechanic. They communicated well and were able to get the job completed quickly. We also had them do the brakes while we were waiting.

I was passing through town in my truck and camper from out of town when I started experiencing issues I was pretty sure was related to a loose battery terminal, considering I had experienced it before. I took it to another place in St. George and they completely disregarded my opinion. Can't help but think it was because I'm a woman, so obviously I left. I called St. George Transmission and explained the lengthy history and reasoning to them, and despite them being busy they were patient and didn't disregard anything I had to say. My daughter's car broke down and we live in Nebraska so we couldn't help her. I called this place to see if they could help and they went above and beyond. They picked up the car and had it towed back to their place. Looked at it and told us what the problem was. Never did anything without talking with us first and always gave us a price. Very professional and nice. I highly recommend using them.

I was extremely pleased with the customer service and the quality of the work that was performed. I made an appointment two weeks prior and they were ready for me when I brought my truck in. They finished the work early, which I did not expect, and was pleasantly surprised. The pricing was fair and I was told upfront what to expect. They have my future business.

If possible, I would rate zero stars here. I had my Transmission rebuilt on my E250 van at St George Transmission. At the time I ask if it was a better idea to replace it with a new one from Ford, since the 1 year 10,000 mile warrantee would not apply to me because it would take a few years to log that many miles on my summer camping van. Not only was I assured the rebuild would last, I was promised the time limit could be extended. Two years and 5,000 miles later the transmission broke down once again. I was informed by St George Transmission that they both could not nor would not do anything

My truck's transmission was going out and I contacted them a couple of times just to see their rates and see if they could offer any advice over the phone. They were always friendly and offered their advice freely. I finally brought it in, and they diagnosed it the same day. I left it with them and they completed the repair several days early. When I picked it up they went over the repair in detail with me and never seemed like they were in a rush to get me out of there. So far, I am very pleased with their customer service end.
