I called the Gibsonia office late afternoon on Monday with an issue I was experiencing with an eye that had previously suffered a detached retina (6 years ago). Naturally I feared the worst. The Perrysville location could take me in first thing the following morning where my doctor (Dr. Caity) would be. She discovered what the problem was right away. It was just minor muscle spasms. My former eye doctor retired, and I had an eye emergency. Finding this place was the silver lining to having the issue. It is such a clean office with super friendly staff and doctors. I went there for an eye exam after my eye healed from the issue and was so impressed with the thoroughness of the exam. I am so happy to have found this practice and highly recommend it!

Dr. Dean and Rebecca were very helpful when I brought my elderly mother for an eye exam, including getting all her paperwork sorted out ahead of time. The office is accessible to my mother's walker/wheelchair device (not sure all the exam rooms would be accessible to a full wheelchair, but maybe!). Dr. Dean was very kind and helpful with my mom, who takes a longer time with many things than other clients might. Dr. Dean seemed to intuitively know how to be most helpful and kind to me mother. We are happy to have found this office!
