Chad Philips is THE MAN! We sold one and bought another. With Chad's help ang guidance we were able to pull this off even though there were some hiccups with both other realtors. Chad stayed vigilant and professional and got the deal done. I would highly recommend Chad and the whole Vista real estate team! I will be using Chad again in our next venture for sure!

Three jobs is hard to work around if you’re not willing to be flexible. It took me a few years to find a realtor to work with my schedule, Tiffany from Vista real estate made it happen! Not only did Tiffany work with my schedule she worked day and night to make sure we used my time wisely. Having three different jobs means I only have one day off a week, if I’m lucky. Tiffany sent me things over the phone to look at to weed out the ones that weren’t worth looking at for me. Then she set up visits to multiple houses on my single day off. Danit Dollar is extremely knowledgeable about all things real estate. Her ebullience is contagious. I was always able to get hold of her with any questions at any time (I wonder if she sleeps?)
