I do not recommend this apartment, they made sure that we didn’t get our deposit back.. they were sure enough to take our money for carpet, stove, and window cleaning. We cleaned everything in that apartment it was spotless, also covered up the holes we made from hanging things, but at the end of the day they still took our deposit and made sure they had used every excuse to not give it back. On top of everything when we moved out while we live there the staff was horrible, and most of the fees popped up within being there and not getting notified. This place is a complete joke, do not believe

They were unfair in giving us twisted information even though my husband and I read them over and over again before signing papers. It's way too expensive for a 1 bedroom and for cheap unprofessional service. Never going back! If I could go back and pick someplace else I would in a heartbeat!🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 they made up EVERY SINGLE EXCUSE POSSIBLE TO NOT PAY BACK OUR DEPOSIT! UNBELIEVABLE

Do not choose to live at these apartments. Their prices are ridiculously high for rent in fact they just moved up there one bedroom to almost $1300 which makes no absolute sense. I put down a $400 deposit and they practically kept my whole deposit when we left the apartment Indecent conditions. They try to blame a stain on the carpet on me when The previous renter had a dog and that is why it was stained. There is only one employee there who actually is nice and unfortunately she doesn’t handle the move out stuff. You will not get your deposit back so do not even waste your time and money on

We lived in this property for almost 8 years in two different units, awesome place to live. We never had any major issues, small things will be there everywhere. Over all we just loved this place. Staff are super friendly and same with maintenance team. 24 hours maintenance available based on the seriousness of the problem. Play areas for kids, well maintained swimming pools, 24 hours gym and also car wash area. Neighbors are good apartments are maintained well, Parking first come first but you always get parking, over all awesome experience 👍🏻.

Cambridge Village Apts are a wonderful place to live. The grounds are immaculate and manicured so beautifully. The staff is amazing.....kind, joyful, and very caring .The maintenance dept is very responsive to any need or repair that comes about. The pools are crisp and clean and as well as the pool area. Security patrols often . We have lived here for 3 yrs now going on 4. They have parties year round for the children which includes a Christmas Party and Easter Egg Hunt. Thank-you everyone at Cambridge Village Apts👍👍👍

Been here since April 2019 and so far we have had no issues with the property. If something is broken we make a report and maintenance comes the next day or as soon as possible. We have had no issues with management and they always answer our questions. Ive seen a private security company some nights on the property so it seems like they are tryin to protect the vehicles they even installed brand new lights in the parking lot. Be respectful, follow the rules and pay on time and you should have a good time. Reason for 4 stars is because basketball court and volleyball court and car wash area need

Zero star! Those apartments give to the costumers First American Property & Casualty Insurance Agency Inc. If you take this option and in the future you have an lost this company do't pay. My experience: I stole my belongings were in a moving trailer in the parking lots of the departments where I was just moving. The thieves took my receipts in a box they stole. . The insurance made calls to my asking detailed description of each item lost. Hours and hours I spent on phone calls. Then they sent an independent investigator who asked questions out of context.
