I was very disturbed by my maintenance man on his recent visit. Ron Kuhn was apparently high on some kind of drug and the worst part is he was flirting with my 13 year old daughter. My complaint was not even taken seriously and when I asked if they screened their employees for drugs they said "no". I found out later that Ronald Kuhn is related to someone in the office. Regardless, I feel unsafe having a rental company that hires drug addicts and perverts.
