The public perception of homelessness is significantly skewed by the proliferation of pan handlers in our markets. We strive to shine a light on the reality that the vast majority of those that experience homelessness in the US go unseen. They are women and children fleeing domestic violence. They are people working two jobs and living out of their car or couch surfing with friends and family.

I am of the strongest opinion that if you are with a disability and / or plus 55, or both, DO NOT rent with Testa Enterprises, Inc. from Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; AKA Testa Real Estate Management, LLC, or the Village of Town Center, LLC, or any of their numerous L.L.C.’s Plus 55 Senior Apartments.
I have and continue to experience an abuse that is incomprehensible and condoned, even supported by government agencies, public servants, not for profits, and a local court, with no relief. Testa is deemed more

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE- BUYER BEWARE
I have lived here for almost 2 years and pay about $2600 a month. Several issues keep persisting which include wasps in the apartment, elevator not working, fire alarm goes off at least every other week and sometimes multiple times a week at about 1am in the morning. Other issues include people storing furniture in the ADA parking garages, after hours maintenance hanging up on you, and several other serious issues. Not many options for good apartments here in this area so this is the cream of the crop.
My window in bedroom was cracked twice in the past

We were looking for an office location for our software development team back in 2018. We needed something professional, but also quiet. We found a professional office on Whipple Ave owned by Testa.
We were able to get moved in and Testa was very helpful regarding all of our concerns. Once we moved in, we had some minor issues with things like electrical breakers tripping; which Testa took care of in under 24 hours. We never had another issue. The building was well maintained and we frequently observed maintenance personnel arriving even though nothing was wrong. This presence reassured us that

This company and family should get a humanitarian award. The subsidized buildings they provide for our Mothers Father and grandparents are not only state of the art but also pleasing to the eye. Testa isn't just a builder but also manage these buildings with great care. The brelliant hiring of Sarah and Diane Miller have made these buildings not just a place to live for seniors but a true paradise with these ladies at the helm. Wonderful job Testa family you truly care and we noticed.
