Based in Massillon, Ohio, we have served the local community and surrounding areas for many years. Our mission is to help our clients achieve their investment goals while treating all our residents with the genuine respect, dignity, and appreciation they each deserve. We strongly believe in the golden rule and use it as our standard in every aspect of our business.
Having a successful rental property requires a lot of time, effort, experience and knowledge. Some investors prefer to avoid this level of involvement and/or learning curve. We'd love to learn more about your specific investment goals to help diagnose if we could be a fit for you. As a full service Massillon based property management company, our team takes care of all aspects of managing rental(s).
We guarantee to thoroughly screen each applicant for your property, and check all key references every time, without exception. We guarantee that we will collect your rent, or we won't get paid. If we can't collect a residents rent on or before the 12th of each subsequent month due- then we will NOT get paid.
Our attorney will file a complaint and prosecute a forcible entry and eviction in court. A licensed SPS agent will serve the required notice and testify on your behalf unless our attorney advises otherwise. SPS works closely with our attorney throughout the entire eviction process and will consult you as needed.

This property was originally owned by Sunbelt, and then they were bought out by Stewardship Properties and they were really great at being cooperative and helped me along the process. They were great all around and Stewardship Properties is amazing atcommunicating! def would move into their apartments again!

For over a year, we've used Stewardship as our property manager. It's been a great experience. The SPS team knows the areas around Massillon like the back of their hand, and their input and analysis was really helpful when making purchase decisions.

I am posting this from the point of view of an owner employing SPS for management services. We couldn’t be happier with their consistent level of communication. Merle at SPS genuinely seems to care about his business and is always looking for the best solutions for challenges in the business. I have yet to deal with someone at SPS that can’t help with information or is openly having a bad day. I have been working with them for two years, and have never experienced “radio silence”.

I highly recommend Stewardship Property Solutions as your next choice for affordable housing. I have lived in my apartment for 2 years. The apartment I found was located in a very safe part of town right beside a beautifully peaceful park. The rent in my unit includes all utilities except electric, which provides a manageable cost of living less than you would expect. The apartment was found to be impeccably clean during the walk-through, with hardwood floors in the living room and kitchen. The included appliances work perfectly. We have been with stewardship for a little over three years now. In that time they have been absolutely wonderful to us. The staff at stewardship is kind, personable and very considerate of their tenants. Just last month our hot water heater went out on thanksgiving. When management found out that we were without hot water they matched us up with the first plumber available and made sure we were taken care of. If you are looking to rent I would highly recommend choosing a property managed by stewardship.

If you are looking for a professional leasing company, I highly recommend Stewardship Property Solutions for both owner or renter. All of the maintenance requests and rental payment is available virtually and their response time has been very good.
