See our community in-person! Your smartphone will be used to grant you access to the home you're interested in and will act as your tour guide. Ready to apply? Once approved, the team will provide you with an electronic lease agreement and work with you to register for our resident portal. You will receive a code and location for a lockbox where you can pick up your keys and move in to your new home at your convenience.
This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income.

Been living here for almost 2 years now. When we moved in, the place wasn't spic and span had to do some cleaning before the big move in. In the beginning the train noise was an issue, but hey we chose to live in this area. Now we are so used to it and have no issues with it. Love the office team. Kim, Dani and Matt are beyond wonderful. Anytime I have an issue it gets fixed within 1-2 business days otherwise Kim would notify me. I had an AC issue and I know it's beyond Kim's control to make decisions to get it fixed but she updated me everyday and she even went out her way to get

I lived at this apartment for 3 months. Terrible experience. Due to an unfortunate event, I had to break my lease early and I was told I could make payments to the leasing office to pay off the final bill. The office lacks severely in communication. I emailed numerous times to make payments and was ignored, until I called, which they told me they would email me the information and again never did until I emailed more than once. I recommend talking to someone other than Jade, becuase I hardly ever got responses from her. The office also gave me false information about payments and neglected to tell

If you like the sound of a train horn blowing through your bedroom while you are trying to sleep. Or any time of the day in fact. The train comes by about once an hour and blows its horn all the way through Dixon. And right outside your apartment!!. It will drive you insane. Why they put apartments right next to a train track is beyond me. They could not pay me enough to live here!

We are very suprised on the low ratings! me and my fiancé have been here at bristol apartments for almost 3 years and we LOVE EVERYTHING about this place! where do I begin... Kristen Jaffe is the manager here and she is by far the best manager i have ever encountered in my life so professional and silly and kind and she knows her stuff! Sarah is so sweet kind and all around a great part of bristol! Whenever we have an issue (which is never) maintenance is right on and gets things done very quickly Jim is awesome! The apartment complex itself is so clean and quiet and BEAUTIFUL best in DIXON! Everyone
