This desirable property offers leases by bedroom and provides all the necessary on-site amenities that are vital for any UC Davis Graduate Student including a study lounge with free Wi-Fi, private meeting rooms, and community computers and printing.
All units are 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite-style floor plans. The living room and kitchen come fully furnished with a sofa, coffee table, two accent chairs, a side table, and a four person bistro dining table. Bedroom furniture is optional and includes a desk and chair, a stackable/underbed dresser, nightstand, and a double/full sized bed frame and mattress (partial set also offered that excludes bed frame and mattress).

I have lived in here for 1 year. The whole experience is beyond my expectations. First, I have a lot of packages almost one in every two days. the manager and stuff here are so nice and responsive to make sure the package deliver to the right person, even though I might bring extra work for them. Second, I really like the study room and hall way. I have spent so much happy hours studying with my friends and watching movie with them. Third, we don't need to buy furnitures, excellence for graduate students who only study here for a year.

Here is the deal, 8th and Wake was a great option for me moving in from out of state. The furniture was free the year I moved in and that made moving across the country so much easier. It was all graduate students and it was a great community (I made some great friends from people I met in the hallways) and offered good amenities close to campus. I loved that they gave everyone a parking spot and that the apartments were so huge!
