Shady business practices I am getting ready to deploy soon luckily my lease was up July 1st and my date of leave is a few days before that. When I called to tell them I would be turning in my keys early they told me I would be paying another month of rent for not notifying them that I will not be renewing my lease. No warning to us the last month of just "yeah first time huh?" I asked them well what if I show my orders that I'm deploying they told me those orders do not matter. I moved to the Villas at North Village almost 5 years ago when only two of the buildings were complete. I live in a one-bedroom on the third floor.

There was nothing luxury about this average apartment complex. They charged us so much money we were for sure we would be happy but we are very dissatisfied. The pool was never heated. The security gate was always open along with the doors. No smoking areas for smokers so they pile up outside the exit gate to the property 😑 This means, You get to enhale cigarette smoke every time you leave the property on foot. After COVID19 this place only got worse. Nothing was open for several months yet the rates did not change. When they open the pool it was for lease tenants only. Weak.

We’ve been here for about a year and a half and absolutely love it! We love the staff, the property and the amenities! My husband and I live in the 1 bedroom unit and feel that it’s a great size for a single bedroom apartment. The bathroom also has jack and jill closets, which is a major plus! The area around the complex is nice, quiet and definitely growing! I definitely recommend this property!

When we moved into the complex we were excited but moving out was a different thing altogether. What others have shared about the staff's accounting and billing upon exit is absolutely accurate. 'cleanliness is a subject to one's interpretation of clean' we were told. That's BS! This logic allows them to come up with reasons as to why you can't get your deposit back. We paid our utilities yet they billed us for it. REALLY! If we were to rent and never live in the unit they would still come up with reason why the deposit will not be returned. I'm unclear if this

Being this is my first time moving out, I was kinda nervous but all the ladies in the office really were helpful in this life adjustment. They were really patient with me with all of my questions about the lease agreement. The unit was clean, and there was even a present inside when I moved in. Maintenance saw me while I was moving and made sure to stop and introduce themselves. I am confident that I chose the right home.

Rudest "Community Manager" with horrible customer service. If you ever live here be prepared to pain the entire apartment because the paint codes they give you will not match. So for something that can be a small touch up you will have to paint the entire wall and the community Manager will tell you she didn't mark the wall of make the paint.

My husband and I lived in Villas at North Village about 2 years and we loved it!!! The complex has so much amenities to offer to residents and the apartments are so beautifully built and maintain upkeeing.
Jennifer, the property manager and the leasing team are very nice, friendly and understanding:) We would be staying another year, if we didn't purchased home... Jennifer and the team gave us so many tips about moving out cleanings and accommodating with the move out dates, it is sooo much appreciated!!

From one fellow Airman to another (or anyone really)DO NOT MOVE IN!
Upon moving in, the staff was very nice and respectful, I thought this place was going to be amazing. Living here was not bad. Moving out was a completely different story, the apartment was cleaned thoroughly, I spent hours and hours cleaning it out after TMO came to pick up all the household goods. Even though I cleaned it, they are still trying to charge 150$ for cleaning ! The place was clean! I had no issues with being charged for cleaning when I lived in Quinn Crossing down the street the first year I PCS'd to Cali.

Do NOT live here. We lived here for less than 3 months (military orders to move) and we were charged over $400 at move out. Prior to this, the only time I had never received my full deposit back was when I broke a stove drip pan. I am a meticulous cleaner to the point of being obsessive about it, especially considering I work from my computer at home. We told them we needed to move out by the 13th and they scheduled the pre-move out inspection for the 18th. I have lived at the villas at north village for about 6 months now . I opted for a two bedroom third floor apartment because of the high ceilings and fire place . I also didn't want a situation where someone noisy was directly above me ( been there , done that in a previous living situation ) . It's been a pleasant experience . I am a young professional so it's basically where I spend some weekends and evenings . The common areas are comfortable with free coffee which is definitely a plus . Everyone in the front office is friendly and nice and even when something goes wrong (which is to be expected anywhere) they work hard to correct it. For anything that needs a work order it's super easy to request one and they come out and fix it next day or day of for us.
There are brand new appliances (even a full size washer and dryer!) in the kitchen and laundry room. A huge soaking tub in the bathroom too. We were even able to go to Comcast and

This place is beyond unorganized. No one knows what the other person is doing in the office. The apartment was design with cheap materials, cheap carpet,cheap granite countertops. All the gates entering in and out of the pools make loud noises all night long. You can hear your neighbors conversation. The grills in the pool area are always dirty. There are mice in the pool area and garages. This apartment complex is nowhere near luxury. Save your money and time, live somewhere
