So happy my engagement ring was purchased from here. My now fiancé and I went to the Rancho Cucamonga location first and was greeted by Margarita and she was incredibly kind and so knowledgeable, felt no pressure by her but loved how she was showing us various options for me to try on. Since we didn't end up finding a ring at that location, she suggested us to go to the Eastvale location which we did the following day. We were helped out by Robert and he was super patient and kind with us and I found my ring there and I absolutely love it. I definitely will come back to purchase my matching

I went to Gemma's Jewelers to buy a gold bracelet for an anniversary gift. I custom ordered a really nice piece from their catalog. It took about 6 days for them to receive it and customize it to my specifications. They did an amazing job and couldn't be happier with the result. They even engraved, resized, and wrapped the final piece at no additional cost.
Cesar helped me out throughout the process. He was very friendly, yet professional. He showed me a variety of buying options at different price points and even gave me a small discount as part of their summer sale.

Unsatisfactory, poorly customer service, poor communication, they never called me back to inform me what was going on with my watch and on top of that they didn't fix it, to make this worst they damage my watch after that fact. Very unsatisfied with Gemma's Jewelry.

Great customer service the minute I walked in. I spent my time conversing with Margarita, the owner, on a repair to my wife's necklace. I am getting that repaired plus I bought a nice adjustable necklace for the wife for Mother's day! Can't wait to pick up the wife's repaired necklace next week.

Exceptional service and great selection. I don't know why it took me so long to find this hidden gem (pun intended) in Eastvale. They did a fantastic job at repairing a couple of my wife's rings. I was surprised they were able to complete the job within a day or two. If you need to repair jewelry, or are looking to buy something new, give Gemma's a try.

Gemma's Jewelers repaired my platinum coated silver ring that was badly damaged and no other jeweler would touch due to the metal being "difficult". They worked very quickly as well! It's beautiful and I'm so thankful!

I went here to fix a broken necklace. I was so pleased that I brought back two watches (one for resizing and the other for a battery). My wife just bought me a new watch that requires resizing. I called the store and they said they were available. I walked in and they took care of me right away. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes and the resizing was perfect. Thank you and what amazing service. Will definitely come back and highly recommend them.

This was my first visit to Gemma's. When I entered the front doors, I was promptly greeted by Amy. After talking to Amy for just a few moments, I observed that she was quite intelligent and had a great knowledge of jewelry very well.

The store is very clean and well lit. They have a huge selection of fine diamond jewelry as well as other precious gemstones. They appeared to have a nice selection of Citizen watches as well as a few other brands. I imagine they could obtain just about any brand for you if you were in the market for a fine watch.

Went in to Gemma's to get a wedding band for my Fiances Engagement ring and was amazed with how helpful everyone was. Margarita was super helpful as she worked with our budget to help my fiance feel comfortable and find the perfect wedding band. Her son Roberto offered to clean my fiances wedding ring so that it would be a perfect match when the rings will be putt together for our wedding in October. Will definitely be returning to Gemma's soon as their service is second to none.
