If I could give 6 stars, I would. Tina and her team were patient, knowledgeable, kind, and above all, FANTASTIC. I was a first time homebuyer and Tina walked through everything and encouraged questions.
Tina is local to the Southern Maine region, and therefore the absolute EXPERT when it comes to neighborhoods, builders, school systems, etc.
Of course, buying a house can be difficult and stressful, but if you have the right people helping the process along, boy can it make things way better. I will undoubtedly use Lucas Real Estate when I go to sell this home in the (hopefully distant) future

My husband and I happened to meet Dan Lucas by chance while searching for our first home in the Portland area, and boy are we glad we did!
