It's hard to put the right words together to describe the comfort we felt from Danette and the staff during the most difficult time in our lives. In a short period of time we used the services of Accent many times. Our son, Clay, had an absolutely beautiful service and we are so appreciative to all their time they gave us.
The patience, care and compassion we were all shown. You are a God send and we thank you so very much for everything! Beware of this place. I would say they are unethical and unable to deliver on services paid for. My mother passed away on Father’s Day. She had purchased a prepaid cremation and burial plan a few years ago. When my father went in to Accent after her death to ensure this funeral home followed her prepaid plan they first tried to upsell him (days after her death) then tried to tell him that the prepaid contract was not now valid because prices had gone up and he had to come up with a significant amount of extra money if he wanted what she had asked for, they had agreed to and she had already paid

Overall, Accent was a good experience.. However, ONE frustrating (the last item) task became quite stressful. That was getting the temporary marker at the site. Should have been placed the day of burial. Took several calls and badgering to get this last task completed. The marker was supposedly at the funeral home and was to be delivered on Friday. Burial was on Tuesday. We were okay with this...but Friday became a full week and then calls to Accent and Dry Creek Cemetery took place. An Accent A+ became a B- (perhaps a C+) in our final evaluation. Four stars instead five and it was because of a

I highly recommend Accent Funeral Home. They recently handled my father’s funeral with kindness and professionalism. My husband and I just went through the pre-planning process. They thoroughly explained how things worked - no hidden costs or unexpected things. It’s nice to know they will handle things when the time comes saving our loved ones additional stress.

Had a few choices and with family from out of town, out of state, Dakan stood out for their attention to detail and assisted planning. Everything we asked for was accommodated and up front on the agreement. The setting outside allows plenty of shade for warmer days and for safe distancing. The added bonus, is the streaming capability, it was a huge success. Highly recommended.
