Critical: Professionalism
Asked for Senegalese twists & got braid twists instead. I understand you have to start off with a braid but baby look at this here. Definitely a rush job. Crazy because I was a regular customer. Parts were raggedy & when I complained I was told they could do nothing about it.

They took me in last minute. My braider did a great job. She braided hair into my hair because mine is really soft and then she crocheted the hair into those braids. My sides are shaved so it took less than 2 hours to finish. I'm happy and received lots of compliments. 😊

Lady that runs this place is very rude. Not to mention hair is done at a house. They also went up on prices braids that was once $180.00 are $260.00 now. the two girls that worked their previously was the best thing that happened to this place. I asked for the girls number the lady got mad and said she wasn’t giving it to me. They also get mad when you ask for certain styles as if they want you to just take what they give you. I watch the lady that runs the place argue with a few people last time I was there about pricing. For hair to be done at a house way over priced. Very bad customer service

My hair was braided very quickly. I got there at 9. I was out by 1pm and I wasn't started until about 10. Overall my hair turned out decent. My lady seemed to have a bit of an attitude. She was extremely rough and had the audacity to call me tender headed. I didnt like that She did very small parts but used a lot of hair, making the Senegalese twist too heavy for the piece of hair it's on.She braided my edges EXTREMELY TIGHT to the point where they were puffy painful and forming bumps. When I asked her to loosen them as I didn't want my edges to thin, bald, or break off. She said it wasn't that
