I rented a sprinter to accommodate my family (it was 10 of us) going to NYC. Prior to our trip, Donny called to confirm our arrival and departure. He ensured that the information was correct. It was our first time flying to LGA and we went to the wrong pickup area. After a bit of confusion, we found where we needed to be-with the assistance of the driver. The driver was very professional and patiently waited for us to get to where we needed to be. The drivers contacted me at pickup for both arrival and departure. I will definitely use NYC Perfect Transportation for my next trip to NY!

Perfect Transportation is an outstanding business with great customer service. Donny and his team of drivers go the extra mile. I want to give special recognition to Maggie our driver. She picked us up at the hotel early in the morning to go to the airport. We discovered we had forgotten a cell phone at the hotel. Right before we got on the highway Maggie turned around and took us back to get it. Outstanding!!! We will ride with Perfect Transportation whenever we visit NY City.

Contacted to get a quote and when I got a quote, found that they were going to charge us 3 hours when we wanted to go to 3 places. I then emailed Donny back and asked him why the three hours and explained that we want to just jump out take a few photos and then go to the next place. Donny then responded back in a very rude fashion and told me that I'm welcome to shop around. So okay. We'll shop around. I was planning on hiring them for airport transportation too but nope. Forget it. Unprofessional staff who just want to charge you and gouge you.

This service was amazing. There was no wait at the airport whatsoever. The driver,, Benjamin, was there and ready to go.. Benjamin doubled as a partial tour guide and threw in extra touches to make the experience great. From now on, this will be the ONLY transportation service I use when flying in to New York.

Amazing service. I was searching for a company with great reviews after having a terrible experience with our transport from the airport to the hotel and found this company. I must say if I could give 10 stars I would. Donny provided me with information I requested to make me feel safe without hesitation and our driver, Benjamin was not only prompt and courteous, but very friendly and responsible. Also driver identification was visible unlike the previous company we used. This company made us feel safe and secure at all times. I definitely will use again and totally recommend them. 10 Stars ✨

Let me say first...Donny is absolutely amazing. We booked a tour with NYC Perfect Transportation earlier in the week and still had his cell number from the photos he sent us during the day. On Thanksgiving night the roads iced over just prior to us having to driving 40 minutes to pickup our son from his hotel. (He was a performer in the Parade and not staying with us.) Being from Florida, we were concerned about driving on ice in the dark. Not only did Donny answer the phone, but he quickly arranged transportation for our son to meet us at the airport and even let us know once he was picked up
