Gary is absolutely, hands down, the most professional, thorough, and honest home inspector I've ever worked with. He is prompt, responsive, and usually has inspection reports ready within a day or two. I wouldn't recommend anyone else, even if you have to wait an extra week for availability, he's that good.

Gary is extremely professional and very thorough! He clearly had a lot of expertise in the field. He found the presence of oil pipes in our home during inspection which the owners did not even know existed. He also redid our radon test at no additional cost as the results came back “tampered.” Highly recommend Gary for all home inspections!

Gary has been a great choice for us for home inspection. He is professional and extremely congenial. He is thorough with the inspection and quite knowledgeable on this domain.

Gary was awesome when he inspected our soon-to-be new home. Whenever he came across something that he discovered he took the time, and patience, to explain his findings and recommendations without sounding too confusing. He is also very easy to strike up a conversation with. He was not one of those individuals who came, did the job, and that was it. He stayed way longer than he needed to and part of that was because of our leisure conversations.
His inspection report was delivered within the promised timeframe and there was nothing in that report that he didn't already explain to me nor was there
