Professional home inspections significantly reduce the risks that can be associated with buying a new home. We help you feel safe that your home is move-in-ready for you and your family. We review over 400 target areas in the home to ensure a thorough and detailed inspection. You can expect the inspection to take between 1-3 hours depending on the homes and condition.
Panels, circuits, outlets, heating & AC, combustion system, venting, controls & thermostats. Radon gas is a naturally occurring soil gas that is the second leading cause of lung cancer. The Surgeon General and the EPA recommend that all homes be tested. We are PA DEP certified radon testers using the E-PERM system, the most accurate short term system available with results in two days.

Jeremy was extremely professional and a real pleasure. My boyfriend and I are new home owners and he was extremely thorough and patient with us. He walked us through the entire home and explained everything he was going through as he went through it. We also received a report via email shortly after our visit. We will definitely be referring him to our friends and family. Our realtor also took his card to refer him to her clients.
