Prunelle is hands down the best home inspection companies out there. Florian is thorough, honest and very knowledgeable. I had one of the more complicated inspections with coordination required for septic. Florian coordinated all the requested inspections using reputable companies for each of their specialties. Florian's reports are thorough, well put together and he will take the time to explain everything. I recommend Florian without hesitation to all friends and family.

Very Highly recommend Prunelle for home inspection. Florian is personable, clearly knowledgeable, professional, thorough and helps provide context to his findings so you have a gauge on how to respond accordingly and understand potential remediations. It’s helpful to work with someone who doesn’t just point out problems but who helps think with you to come up with potential solutions. Responses and turnaround time was extremely swift as well. Price was custom fit to my home size and quite reasonable.

Florian is the ultimate professional. Beforehand, he was responsive and helpful in coordinating all the additional inspectors we needed (pool, septic,etc). During the inspection he was patient, very thorough, offering explanations, referring to others when he wasn't sure. He also made himself available after the report to answer questions. We are very happy we found him and highly recommend his services.

My home inspection was just recently completed for an upcoming new home purchase for my family. Florian from Prunelle Home Inspections was responsive and professional from the first initial phone call. He then contacted me to confirm the home inspection day/time, and then arrived on time for the appointment, and was extremely thorough. He made the home inspection extremely informative and it was very helpful. The home inspection report that followed 48 hours later was very detail oriented and executed perfectly with pictures, commentary, and recommendations. Their pricing is also very competitive
