We believe building a home and obtaining a mortgage is one of the most pivotal steps you'll take and there is nothing more important than who you work with and your experience. Our goal is to have clients pay the least amount of money possible while making the mortgage process stress free from start to finish.
We will request documents only after you have (1) received a Loan Estimate and a Home Loan Toolkit, and (2) you have provided us with your verbal or written "intent to proceed" with the mortgage application. Before receiving the requested documents we may ask you to provide us with Information that will help us to evaluate your potential application for a mortgage loan.

Conventional Loans are mortgage loans that are not insured by the government (like FHA, VA, USDA Loans), but they typically meet the lending guidelines that have been set by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. Typically, conventional loans have better rates, terms and/or lower fees than other types of loans.
It's easy to understand why many people looking for a new home are turning to FHA insured loan programs. Because FHA Loans are insured by the Federal Housing Administration homebuyers have an easier time qualifying for a mortgage. Those who typically benefit most by an FHA loan are first-time home buyers and those who have less than perfect credit.
