I have used John Berry with Qualified Mortgage for the purchase and several refinances of my home. Each time he ensures everything runs smoothly and keeps you informed all the way. He also provides you a monthly home report which shows you approximate value of your, home, sales in the area and a tool to determine options (i.e. sell, refi, rent your property) It is a great tool. I delayed and missed an opportunity to lower my interest rate 1% ; however several months later he contacted me with a good rate if I was still interested.
