Yes, according to Connecticut State law you have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the licensed repair shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop.

If a zero was an option this place would get a ZERO. I called in September after the recommendation through my insurance for repairs, I was rear ended. I was able to get an estimate done however for the last almost 4 months I have been calling almost weekly trying to get an appt and they wouldn't even get me on the books. Finally in December, I got an appt for January 3rd. So January 3rd I rearranged my entire morning with work and daycare to get my car to Breezy Point by 8 am, I call enterprise to tell them I am 1 minute from Breezy Point Auto for them to bring me a rental and enterprise said

Highly recommend staying far away from this business. I chose this place as it was a preferred location through Liberty Mutual after I had a small damage to my door. I had to go there twice for pictures of the damage in order to get an estimate as the guy never saved the first set of pictures. It took several weeks to book the appointment with no updates from the shop as to when it might be possible to bring it in. Then, they called and asked if I could drop it that same day. This is a work car and I would've expected some notice as a professional business should. It took almost 2 weeks to do the

The service at Breezy Point is top-notch. The staff are super friendly, professional, and attentive. What I anticipated to take more than 3-4 days, they did in two. I was completely surprised! Blown away by how quick they turned my repair around. Color match was near perfect! Followed up after I inquired about a small issue, and even had me come back the same day I pointed it out, for them to resolve it. Can't ask for better service than that. If I ever need auto-body repair work in the future, they'll be my first stop!

I got rear ended last January and put off getting it fixed because I was worried I would be without a car too long during school. I brought it to breezy point auto because it was closest to my home. Definitely going to return if needed because this place is great! I received helpful updates via email. Dropped it off Monday evening and picked it up Thursday today same time. It was finished a day early, despite some extra damage being found. The shop even cleaned up the inside of my car.

Progressive service center in Milford sent my car to breezy point for repairs. After 4 times of bringing my car back to them the job seems to finally be completed correctly. Bad paint match, missing repairs, they filled a scratch with touch up paint, then not buffing areas they painted. Avoid this shop and find a shop that cares about the quality of work they put out.

We were referred to Breezy Point from our insurance. We had a dent in a panel on our car. The insurance paid for our car rental while they "worked" on our car. Breezy Point had our vehicle for 3.5 weeks. They first tried to repair the panel (1.5 weeks) then decided they could not, and had to order the part and replace it. (2 weeks)
When my husband went to pick up the car, it was fixed, BUT there was a NEW BIG dent on the other side of the car that was created AT BREEZY POINT!
Now the shop had to pay for the car rental themselves, along with the repair. Guess what? They had it back to us in 3
