Critical: Professionalism
Cops towed my husbands car. The owners never sent in the information or did proper professional paperwork as required by tow companies. So he never knew where it was. They are also holding onto everyone's plates for the last two years...according to the rude greed like manager because of Covid.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! The woman who owns this business (Vivian) I believe is the most crooked thief. I was told clear as day and tow was $260 and it was $300 for storage. I informed her I would not be paying and my insurance covers tow. I went to release my car because there was no way they were going to do work on it. My total was over $700 AND the tow was only $88 so they could put more in their pockets. The reason it came to $700 is because when I asked for an estimate lady said no problem she would call me back only to not call me back! When I would call her she would say things like

Very crooked people. They tow my 09 Honda Accord there when someone stole all 4 of my wheels, they drag the car up the tow (scratching my front bumper and ball joints), then while it's at their body shop someone stole my earnings out the car and when I had it towed to another body shop there's another two dents in the quarter panel! Thank God I didn't have them work on my car because I was not going to pay these crooks.
