This is my second time at Towne Auto Body and I’m just as impressed as I was the first time.
The best auto body shop by far in Connecticut!!! Fast service, quality work and great atmosphere. I never had to call for updates as I received calls almost daily. Very friendly and was treated like family.
I highly recommend Towne Auto Body. You will not be disappointed.

The staff that I dealt with was great. Very helpful with switching my grandaughter's car seat into my rental and my grandaughter and her carseat back into my fixed car when the repair was done. The car looks brand new. It took a little longer than I had planned, but it seems like getting parts since the pandemic, everything takes longer. I've been to them before and would go back for sure.

The team at Towne Body did a great job repairing my 2011 BMW. I'm really fond of this car and I was really frustrated that a minivan backing into me at low speed could potentially total my car because of the age and where/how the impact was.
Paul understood my situation and worked closely with the other person's insurance adjuster (who also gets high marks for helping) to avoid a total loss scenario. At the end of the day I'm very happy with the job done. The paint matches perfectly panel gaps are great and the front end looks like new.

I had a collision on the right front bumper. I own a 2018 ACUR RDX, love my car. I was looking online for an auto body shop near me with great reviews and I saw them. I took my car to them. I am so pleased with their craftsmanship and their overall level of professionalism! I am very thankful my insurance company was in their network because their work is high quality and professionally done. Rich, the manager even arranged a rental for me to use through enterprise. They even washed my car. Exterior and interior! I wasn't expecting that They even fixed my tires pressure. I’m so grateful for everything

So very i pressed and pleased at the excellent service, beautiful repairs and attention to every detail. Due to a bazaar incident with my Acura MDX the spoiler, light and hatch opening had to be repaired, i did not think it would be possible though i was proven wrong. A beautiful, flawless professional repair. I will recommend to friends and family and bring if additional services are needed, thanks to Mike. Additionally, my interior cabinet was also cleaned and spotless.
