I organized a boxed lunch order for my division and placed and paid for the order in advance. When I arrived at the designated pick up time today, they were still assembling the boxed lunches, to my dismay. As most people, I was on a tight schedule and this threw off the lunches for my colleagues. The staff were apologetic but it felt forced and insincere. They said they had staff out today and I know staffing is an issue these days. I felt the way this shortcoming was handled was very unprofessional. When choosing a local restaurant for the boxed lunches, I went with Mosaic. However, I will not

We had a wedding this past weekend & paid for 40 plates of food - Dual entrees & for a pretty Penny. We only had 34 people attend & I expected, as they bride to have those leftovers the next day. Well, there was nothing left. & the portions were very small. I was really surprised. The staff was very nice & did a great job- but the extra food should of been left. Was told the staff ate the other 6 plates we paid for at over $50 PER PLATE. That is not ok with me. They were also supposed to deal with the linens, but told us 2 days before the event they could not get any. So that was extra work for

We worked with Mosaic Express to order breakfast and lunch for a staff retreat. Emily was very responsive and got our orders placed and confirmed quickly. She was wonderful to work with and the food was delicious! All of our attendees enjoyed the selections.

Ciera and the Mosaic team helped make our wedding day on 10/16/2021 absolutely perfect! Our guests are still raving about how amazing the food was. From set up, to food, to bar services... they do it all and they do it all well!! You need to hire them for your event!!

We are so happy to have chosen Mosaic to cater our September wedding! We worked with Tory from the very beginning, who was fantastic - he was very communicative, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about what would work best with our venue and the vibe we were going for. Our original plan was to have stations and a “farmer’s table” spread for our guests to nibble on throughout the night - we imagined this would allow for a more relaxed vibe than a plated dinner would. However, when the pandemic began, we found ourselves making the difficult decision to reschedule from our original April

Mosaic catered our wedding and we could not have been happier! We opted for a plated meal due to COVID but I wish we could have done stations because their options were never-ending. That being said, the food at the wedding was top notch. The appetizers were fabulous, and tons of guests commented how good the food was. Our steaks were cooked as if individually ordered and the service was incredible as well!! So happy we went with Mosaic!

Had a tasting at Mosaic for my daughter'supcoming wedding. When paying 75+ dollars a piece for the tasting you’d think we’d get to taste everything we had planned—no. Then I know they did correspond with my daughter but to have us sitting there and speak just directly to her—maybe she didn’t realize we are paying but that shouldn’t matter. They have lost my confidence already! And for 340.00 I got three appetizers, 2 small tacos and a half a cup of macaroni and cheese...it all tasted good but why weren’t the other items prepared too!
