Chef Victor won top griller in the 2006 Charleston Pam Grill Off and has brought his D.C. flair to Charleston's southern lowcountry style of cooking. One of my "must-haves" for my wedding day was THIS food truck, if that doesn't speak volumes, I don't know what else to say! If you're looking for a unique catering experience for any event, a food truck is… always a winner. If you're looking for the BEST unique catering experience in the lowcountry, Cast Iron is THE winner. Other than the amazing food, which our guests are still raving about, the owner, Victor, worked with us every step of the way, even after COVID made everything seem so uncertain. Amazing customer service + amazing food= full bellies & even fuller hearts.
