Let me share why ! When I was looking for an apartment In 2009 the apartments were new and to attract new tenants,there was a huge banner that said,"free water" so l went in and found out that water was free and if one signed a 12 mo lease,the 1st and last mo of the lease were free.i vcould not pass this up.i was also that this was a gated community.this meant very little drive through and drop

Other measures,no barbecue grills were allowed, putting a likely fire hazard to rest, also

Hello all. So far, I am enjoying my apartment at Hamilton. I move here a few weeks ago and its what I expected. I knew the apartments are well kept base on my siblings living here several years ago and my time visiting every so often. I am so happy I made the right decision. Paying the extra rent is worthy, especially from my previous apartment complex. I know sometimes you can get the wrong neighbor and can be toxic. Base on my experience managements will take care any issues. At my old apartment, I was dealing with weed smell thru out the day/night and loud music. I report the matter so many

As a resident here who paid their dues to the parking pass rules, I'm highly upset at the fact that the only time I've seen a tow truck out here towing vehicles was the day after parking passes were due to have. Every weekend there are vehicles who clearly don't have parking passes parking in resident parking spots leaving us residents having to park extremely far away from our apartment. It is absolutely unacceptable and no one does anything about it and no one is even patrolling the area. Also, I have heard nothing about the supposed "new appliances" that we were supposed to be receiving. And

In 2019 I took a job in Desoto County and I had to find a place to stay ASAP! The staff at The Hamilton at Turman Farms got on it right away. They had a unit but it wouldn’t be available right away. The management team did a great job keeping me informed of progress. My stay here was exceptional! There was not an issue that came up that they did not take care of right away. They listen to their tenants and do whatever is humanly possible to accommodate. This place was home for me for a year and was a great place to live. I absolutely loved living at The Hamilton's. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. The area is quiet and pretty safe. The staff members are beyond amazing. They were always professional, kind, respectful, and caring...especially Kim and Sarah. They really make you feel welcomed!! The only reason I left is because I had to relocate out of state for work.

Stopped by today (holiday weekend) to see about renting an apartment since we sold our home. There was only one employee working, Ashley, and a lot of people stopping in to ask questions. Ashley greeted us immediately and got to us promptly and answered all our questions. The apartment looks great and we look forward to staying there.

Christan H. the Leasing Specialist whom assisted me with my application process was very kind and helpful. I've never met anyone that was as pleasant and patient. This of course lets me know, if you are greeted with this personality coming in this should be a great place to live. I've seen the apartments they are very clean and a very quiet and secluded place. I would love to be a tenant there.

Very nice and professional staff. They are doing upgrades and it's definitely not just an "apartment." They truly make it feel like a home. They're building a grill area with corn hole and all kinds of additions for the tenants. They put their tenants first. Best management by far. I'd recommend it any day. Maintenance is on point. Very responsive but you have to be considerate during the summer months considering freon tends to need to be added in any apartment complex, but they are still very diligent and professional!! Great place to live! They keep their rules for a reason - OH and did I mention
