I applied over a month ago! I was called 2weeks ago about my approval and Jessica Montealvo told me I could come pay my administrative fee and security deposit. I did that following Monday. Now while the holiday was coming up I gave time to get affairs in order it has now been 2 weeks since getting my money and still now lease or keys! I will be taking this to the housing authorities if it’s not rectified soon! This is ridiculous really! Why take my money if the unit isn’t available. Why tell me to bring my money if it’s going be like this! That’s just not right! Fair housing commission

Back in the late 1980s i remember this apartment they was called the Winzers. What ran us out was the dishwasher. My mom didn't know no better. She ran the dishwasher everyday. Now my cousin and his wife lives there. In fact my mom and I went by there today. When we arrive a man sent his pit bull mix out I guess we was suppose to run. My mom told him to put a leash on his dog.He wasn't supposed to have a dog anyway I seen the sign when we was looking for my cousin apartment. By me having a pit bull mix we wasn't scare of it but somebody scare of dogs might run from it.

Code enforcement will be called. That rude person that hung up will make it hard for these apartments moving forward. She should be fired for lacking professionalism. If y'all thermostat read 99 degrees inside of a small box I bet y'all would have maintenance fix it immediately. And according to MHA that is an emergency. Period. They around her focusing on cutting grass when people are dying and it's because of things like this. It is NOT suppose to take 3Days for someone to fix AC units. And if you don't know that call MHA.

I have been waiting 45 days for the refund of my money all the females that work in this office are rude they do not know how to communicate or be polite especially when it has to do with other peoples money I was told two different things each time I called and then I was told a third I was denied any right to their corporate office until my last phone call which they claim they didn’t have the number so I had to look it up on the Internet and call and it seems to be that no one knows where this money is so maybe they’re running a scam or it’s just fraud because they have no money and they

I've been given the run around about my refund for them not accepting my application. Not the best neighborhood. But the management is very helpful, especially Katie. She's always quick to help however she can. Maintenance is very slow to fix anything. Our car has been broken into twice. No damage was done to the car however. Security and local police are always nearby, and patrol the complex which is reassuring.

This place has terrible management. I was brought in to apply and look at a one bedroom and one bathroom. When applying I applied with my boyfriend so combined together we could afford a two bedroom but we did not want that, we wanted a one bedroom apartment. After filling out all the paperwork the lady told us they did not have a one bedroom apartment that we could look at she only had a 2 and a three. So we went and looked those apartments. When we was done touring we went back to finalize the paper work. She told us that everything looked good and we would be able to move in on the following
