Mr.Jimmy is literally the best. He is always so willing to help. He make sure he get everything done. I recently moved into another building and this one feel so much like home. I’m grateful that Ms.Shana worked with me to solve the issue that I was having. Now I’m more comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. I would definitely recommend.

Just wanted to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Mr Tom who works hard on this property to keep it looking nice! He is always working hard whenever you see him. The staff did a great job during our winter storm! The landscape of this property made snowy weather fun for so many kiddos on the property. Tanya, Shana, Denise and Haylla YOU LADIES ARE DOING A GREAT JOB!

We have stayed at Oak hollow apartment homes for almost 2 years. We love it here it is a safe place, having access to two pools and a weight room is fantastic without costing us membership. The maintenance is always on top of everything Mr Jimmy and Ms Angela have always been very attentive to the problems and solving them. They always do the best work don't cut corners and are very friendly and understanding. Mr Jimmy and Ms Angela are two of the best maintenance workers around. The lady's in the office are always smiling and giving a warm welcome and will address or work with you on any problem

I’ve been living in Oak Hollow for 3yrs and i absolutely love it! It’s quiet and everyone is so nice! I absolutely love the maintenance supervisor Mr Jimmy Smith! He cares for his tenants and makes sure everything that needs fixing is fixed properly!! He’s a very hard working man and loves his job!! No one will ever compare to the hard work and commitment he brings to oak hollow residence!!!

The new management is garbage. They have raised the rent 15 percent in the last year and claim it's to pay for a bunch of crap they put in that I never use, and that I rarely see anyone use. I have lived here 5 years and even as absolutely horrible as Danny and the last incompetents were, I kind of wish they were back. There is no justification for increasing rent at 5 times the average cost of living increase. And they still havent managed to fix the front gate which they've been charging everyone here for the last 5 years. Very disappointed that money grubbing little gentrifiers have
