We lived here for a few years, only leaving because we bought a house. I literally cried leaving this place because it was the best home we had until we were finally able to buy a house. We had lived in a few apartment complexes in Desoto County before landing here, and they all paled in comparison to the experience we had at Savannah Creek. It is a quiet, beautiful, & nature filled place to live. Maintenance always handled any issue very promptly. (Any other place I lived would either never get to it, or it would take forever.) They take care of the grounds very well, and clean the buildings regularly

I have been living here for just around six months. I couldn't be happier. The apartment is quite modern. The couple of issues I've had have been handled by maintenance quickly and efficiently. The staff in the office is so nice! I can hear my neighbors walking around above me, but hear less noise than I did living in a house. The rent here is a little (just a little) over other places in the area, but very much worth it.

We have lived at Savannah Creek for 2.5 years. When relocating to the area, we visited several complexes, and we found the Savannah Creek community to be the best fit for us. The apartments are spacious and renovated. Any maintenance issues were always handled extremely quickly. They spray for pests, so we had no problems with any kind of bugs. The community is quiet, and the people are friendly. The best part about the community is the office and management staff. They go above and beyond to make sure that residents are well taken care of. We would highly recommend Savannah Creek to anyone!

My husband and I have lived here for a little over two years. We have had a pretty good experience here. The office team and maintenance are great to work with and they are quick to take care of problems. The apartments have a ton of storage. They spray for pests regularly and we have never had a problem. The main problems are lack of security (our car and many others were broken into) and the heat in the third floor apartments during the summer. Summer is unbearable on the top floor and our electric bill is astronomical for a one bedroom apartment (highest was almost $190). Other than these issues

I have lived here several years. Great complex as well as location. Maintenance requests have always been handled in a timely manner. Lovely grounds. Only complaints are 3rd floor stays ridiculously hot during summer months and dogs are allowed to consistently run free throughout complex, even though there is a leash rule in place.

Spacious apartment (we are in a 3bd 2bath), maintenance is quick to service your request, pet friendly for those with pets. This complex is small, quiet, and has a peaceful atmosphere. Kristy and Wendy (management) are exceptionally nice and very helpful. Neighbors have been pleasant and we have no complaints since moving in a couple months ago. Would definitely recommend to those searching for a new place to call home.

I moved here from out of state and Kristy was the absolute best! She handled all my questions with ease and helped to make my move in process super smooth. It is a quiet complex on my side and everybody knows everybody (friendly) which I appreciate! My only complaint is my outside apartment area around my door and down the hallway really need pressure washing.
