I worked with Brandon Rodriguez for the refinancing on my FHA mortgage loan to a conventional loan. We got rid of the MIP and went from a 30-year to a 20-year loan to save me money. His initial spreadsheets showing me all the details associated with a 15-year, 20-year, & 30-year loan at different interest rates helped me immensely to make this decision! So I worked with Damien on refinancing my house. He listened to everything I needed and got done what others couldn’t. The process was relatively quick (as quick as a refinance can go) and Damien was available whenever I needed questions answered.
On top of it, I was extremely anxious, and at time was not helping the process and Damien did everything he could to ease any fears and work through the process, I’m super grateful I had him to help me out!
