My experience this morning with Adriane's detox and twist flow was amazing. I am a beginner level participant but i felt challenged and confident at the end of this class. The ambiance is so lovely and the juice bar in the front is delicious. The other participants were from many backgrounds and diverse in their experience levels. It worked for everyone! The mats, blocks, blankets and other items you can use to support your practice are clean and of good quality as well. I ant wait to go back to take another class. The drop-in rate is a little high, so i would recommend a membership, even

LOVE this place. It's so bright and airy you are instantly relaxed when you come in, and then the classes are the perfect balance of physically challenging and calming. I've taken classes from almost all of the instructors, and they are all great. They always seem to know what the class needs in that day's practice. The whole vibe is super laid back and positive. They also have fun creative classes where you can do kickboxing or Trap Yoga, or you can take classes on lunar cycles or how to make eye pillows. Definitely recommend!
