Our class offerings build on one another with intention of creating a holistic experience for mind, body, and spirit. Each offering is rooted in a distinct lineage of yoga or movement practice to create a consistent experience and provide clarity in instruction. We can't wait for you to join us! A vinyasa practice marrying tension and release for both body and mind.

This class will encourage practitioners to experience their own personal edge, physically and mentally to attune to the present. While still matching breath with movement, the Power Vinyasa practice encourages longer holds to slowly open the body posture by posture. Practiced to music and without, check schedule for specific dates and times.

So happy to have found Humble Haven! I personally love more challenging formats, and love their Yoga Build classes. Each instructor brings something different to the table, and the staff and service is welcoming and friendly. Love the lavender towels too!

Love this studio. All the instructors have been amazing! I only wish it was a better kept secret because the classes are mat to mat packed. :)
